Review: No quality interior, bathroom is just ok, hot water takes 15 minutes to reheat after every shower. Very less options in breakfast, kitchen staff don't understand English, need to use google translator. We got our pre mix tea just need hot water, kitchen staff denied to provide hot water while breakfast, said please use kettle from your room.

Positive points: Decent. the window in the picture though is deceiving. It cannot be opened and even if it could it wouldnt lead to fresh air but to a shaft in the building. Other than that room is decent, breakfast is good and rich and the room was in a fair price.

Positive points: The rooms were really nice and the bed was more comfortable than I initially thought as it’s firmer than I normally like but I slept like a baby! Really good location and super accessible to lots of great restaurants and things to do, really close to train street! The staff were lovely and always said hello to you. We enjoyed the included breakfast also!

Review: It was a good stay

Positive points: I booked this room 2 months in advance at a great rate, it was great value for money considering the central location and especially how clean the room was. Check in was smooth and efficient, the staff are super friendly and welcoming. The room, bed, towels were extra clean, no dust anywhere. I liked the unique style of the hotel, it’s a refurbished old building. I was in the 5th floor so there was some noise in the morning as it is closer to the breakfast area, this was not a problem for me…during my second stay I was on the 2nd floor at the end of the corridor and it was really quiet. The window gives on the corridor, there is fresh air, since the room is at the back of the building I did not hear any of the street noise which was ideal. Breakfast is served on the top floor, there is a big terrace where you can sit and enjoy the view. A buffet is served with a good selection of fruits and Asian style cooked food, you can also order either eggs or Pho. Adding more vegetarian options would be nice, otherwise this was a super breakfast. The location of the hotel is central, it was ideal for my first nights in Vietnam, walking distance to the train station, 15 min walk to the old town. The place is very safe. Out of 3 hotels I tried in Hanoi, this was by far the best.

Review: As a frequent traveller i didnt see if this hotel really passed a 4star hotel! with no other facility other than their small breakfast area, it didnt meet our expectations. will not try this again

Positive points: The room and bathroom were cleaned thoroughly, I was very impressed. I booked the room that has an internal window with a view on the corridor, it was perfect for me as I could get fresh air, at the same time I was away from the outside noise. The location of the hotel is very convenient, 5 min walk to the train station, 15 min walk to the old quarter.
The staff are welcoming and very nice.

Review: I wouldn’t give bad review considering it is in Hà Nội but I would not come back in future

Positive points: Good location, very close to main train station and 8 minute walk to train street. It was a 15/20 minute walk to Bio Hoi.
Breakfast was a mix of Vietnamese dishes, fruits, toast, fried bacon with sausage slices. Omelette, fried and scrambled eggs were made to order.
Reception staff helpful and tours can be booked at reception.

Review: I recently stayed at this hotel and, unfortunately, it didn’t live up to expectations. The room was smaller than it appeared in the photos, leaving barely enough space to open our luggage and walk around. The hotel is located at a busy intersection, making it difficult for taxis to drop you off directly— we had to be dropped further down the road and walk with our heavy luggage. We booked two rooms, and the buffet option was disappointingly small. Overall, this hotel did not compare to other 4-5 star properties I’ve stayed at.

Positive points: We liked the location and the large balcony of this superior room. The staff were friendly and helpful. The free breakfast had a good selection and you could also order pho and any style eggs.
