Friendly staffs
Convenient location
Good rooms with nice views to the Danang streets
Positive points: Large room with great city view over Da Nang. Breakfast cooked to order. Helpful staff who efficiently arranged transport to Hoi An and a taxi for sightseeing.
Negative points: Flight of steps to access the lift area to reception, difficult with heavy suitcases and would be a problem for anyone with mobility problems. Lighting in the room was not good for reading.

櫃檯接洽人員非常親切，有問題詢問都會幫忙，例如：叫車，換二床房，做指甲，按摩等。下午飛機，坐在前廳等待，主動端冰紅茶給我們喝，很讚喔～
Positive points: WOW, big room with lounge, dinning table and giant bathroom. It was great to spread out. Greetings where lovely by young reception lady. Made you feel right at home. Complementary water and coffee making facilities. Only few minutes to airport by taxi. We walked to dragon bridge both during the day and in the evening to see the night lights.
Negative points: Bed was super hard. Being a one night stay I didn’t ask for a mattress topper.
Review: good
Positive points: The rooms were very large and beds comfortable. The pool was ok in the mornings as it’s windy in the afternoon. I enjoyed a good western breakfast they do have Vietnamese options. Staff was amazing even the security guard.
Negative points: Location is not close to eating options. We will at tail end of bridge and the markets and eateries were across the bridge.
Positive points: The rooms were Huge. Lots of hot water. Good breakfast (western or Vietnamese). Staff were so friendly and nice. Swimming pool was nice, and we had used it once in the morning.
Negative points: The property was located at the tail end of the dragon. Most restaurants and shops that cater to foreigners were across the bridge which was about 2 km’s away.
Review: We need a room last minute and booked the Danang Boutique Hotel. We were in Danang off season, so I'm not sure how representative this review is, but it we all a bit quiet. There didn't seem to be any other guests there and not much staff either - though, as with everywhere in Vietnam, they were lovely when assisting us. It was raining, so couldn't avail of the pool or roof bar either (which also didn't have staff). The room itself was good value, large and clean though ,- and was right in the centre of the Hai Chau area, so pretty convenient.
Positive points: Staff and room
Negative points: Decent location though younger people might prefer the beach area.
Review: We would like to give a special thanks to Miss Hang, receptionist who take care of us for everything.

Negative points: Flight of steps to get into the hotel, not great with suitcases
Review: The flight was delayed and arrived later than scheduled. Even though it was close to 4 a.m., the staff came out to the entrance and waited. It is a hotel with cheap accommodation, clean rooms, and friendly staff
Positive points: The location was good, the staff kind and they prepared an early breakfast as we had to depart for the airport early
Negative points: The pool was very poorly maintained and seemed dirty.
Review: Very noisy construction and renovation work start before 7am which is very annoying! Not much choices of breakfast but only 3 local ones. and it starts late after 7:30am!
Positive points: no cafe and breakfast is the only food available which I found expensive for $16.00. The area has very few food options. The terrace wasn't so clean, no amenities.
Negative points: No in house food available. Toiletries not enough supply, slippers is not clean, has been used. It would have been better if slippers are disposable like in the hotels. The slippers has been used many times by different people. I need to wash it in the bathroom.

Review: Loved the room and the services! The hot water ran out very quickly though....everyone came out of the shower shivering...
Positive points: Extremely friendly staff and everything worked well.
