Review: Great experience with great staffs

Positive points: The hotel is located in a very quiet area of Hoi An yet only about 10-minute walk to the old town. Our room was very spacious with a peaceful view of Thu Bon river, where we watched traditional boats floating by in the morning and colorful lanterns lighting up the river at night. The in-house restaurant provided excellent food for the ample buffet breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The hotel was so generous that if you stay longer, they would provide airport pickup and some extra ammenities to make your stay more comfortable. The staff was so courteous, cheerful, and super helpful, reflecting the charming characteristics of the Hoi An locals.
We highly recommend Cozy An as THE PLACE to stay in Hoi An!

Review: We stayed for six nights and enjoyed the stay very much. The location is perfect: on foot it takes less than one minute to reach the beautiful Thu Bon River and less than 10 minutes to the centre of Hoi An Old Town. Our room was tastefully decorated and thoroughly cleaned and tidied up each day. The breakfast was fantastic. The staff were polite and helpful. The free bikes were fantastic for exploring Hoi An. We highly recommend Cozy An Boutique Hotel.

Positive points: Very large warm room. tea making facilities, good beds and pillows. We did not have breakfast as not included in room rate but found good breakfast at the Sunset bar and Sisterfields.Very nice and helpful staff. Free cycles which we used to go to beautiful and extensive bird park.Also got laundry done cheaply and efficiently. Tam Coc is an incredibly cheap resort and money goes a long way eg If you need cut price branded trainers come here! Thank you for a great stay.x

Review: We had a beautiful room with a river view. The room was large, clean, and beautifully decorated. There was a separate room with shower , tub and toilet. The breakfast was outstanding. Chef-made eggs and noodles with a wide variety of Asian and Western choices. The Spa was fantastic! I booked a 60 minute massage with 30 minutes of body scrub. The masseuse was strong and gentle at the same time.
We especially liked the staff who were professional and extremely welcoming.
The hotel is located just outside the historic district which was jam packed with tourists, pedicabs, scooters so it was nice to get out of the hustle and bustle and not this beautiful quiet oasis.

This hotel exceeded all, our expectations! We highly recommend The Cozy and plan on returning on our next visit to Hoi An.
