Review: Very clean and large space room. Owner of this homestay is very cooperative and charges almost no-profit deals. Book cab and plan tour with his assistance.

It's just that one has to take twist and turns inside the road to reach. That's fine as stay is very economical.

Positive points: A nice property with friendly owners. I liked that guest rooms had a separate entrance so there was a feeling of privacy. The location was really quiet and I enjoyed spending time on a balcony. There was no view though as it was covered by blinds.

Review: Very clean room, but location not easy to access by car. The owner sells water bottle for vnd 10k only, very cheap. No body shampoo provided. Not request for housekeeping but the cleaner access the room on 2nd day and took away the extra pillow and do not clean the room. Dont understand the purpose the cleaner access my room.

Positive points: Amazing host-family! Helped us a lot, provided bikes and arranged bus transfer for our next destination. Unbelievably lovely people!

Review: You are a fifteen minute walk from old town Hoi An and down a series of twisting narrow streets the keeps traffic away. Only a small collection of farm birds in a neighbors yard occasionally breaks the silence 😌

Review: My wife and I ended up extending our stay here. The host was amazing and really made us feel comfortable and taken care of. The location is a bit away from the old district, so it was a little walk, but we found it very pleasant in a quiet neighborhood that gave a different view of the city.

Review: The location will take you about 20 minute to HoiAn old town. The room have a horrible smell like musty if you dont turn on the air-condition. I dont like this homestay so much so i will not comeback anyway.
