Positive points: Staying here has felt like home. Nhi made me feel so comfortable and safe and a solo female traveller. She is a wonderful cook helped me plan the next couple of weeks of my trip. The rooms are comfortable and clean. Only a short walk or bike ride into the busy part of Hoi An. Peaceful at night time. Beautiful fresh flowers and plants surrounding the homestay. A really lovely vibe. I highly recommend Charming Homestay.

Positive points: My wife and I spent 3 lovely days at Nihi’s homestay . A really interesting and nice experience . Nihi is very kind, nice and welcoming person. She gave us usefull information for out stay in Hoi An ( food , places to see ) . We did together a cooking class … it was amazing sharing this experience , we felt like at home. Our room was very nice, clean and comfortable . The mattress of high quality . The breakfast is à là carte and very delicious . I really recommend this place !!

Positive points: - The owner, Nhi, truly is a gem. She helped us plan our stay in Hoi An and even helped us after for the rest of our trip across Vietnam (e.i. Shows recommendations and tour discounts)
- The room was spotless, comfortable and had everything we needed.
- Calm because out of center (20min by foot)
- Good laundry service
- The homemade breakfast provided is really good and she made us taste different tasty food everyday.
- She can accommodate celiac for the breakfast! Felt really safe as she already knew about it (no wheat flour, no soy sauce, no knorr, no maggi,... and careful about crosscontaminations)

Review: Great value for money here. One of the nicest places I have stayed on my travels, felt like a fancy hotel but also like we were staying in a small family business. The owner and her staff were knowledgable kind and hospitable. We highly recommend this place. Good location for seeing the old town. And close to the beach too if you hire a scooter or use taxi.

Positive points: Everything. Nhi and all of her staff (& not forgetting her mum) are fantastic. Super helpful and friendly. Our room was great, our balcony a great place to relax and the location was excellent, a nice walk into the centre of Hoi An

Review: Was greeted by the warm smile of the host Nhi as soon as I arrived at her homestay. She was very enthusiastic to share the places of interest of her city and recommended great places to eat - must try the white rose dumpling and cao lau noodles, traditional Hoi An food. My room was sufficiently big and most importantly super clean. Rain shower in the bathroom. Breakfast was really good and was individually prepared by Nhi's 2 staff. Free bicycle for loan to explore the town or the seaside, both about 2-3km away from the homestay. I was even invited to join Nhi, grandma Thu and her 2 staff for some home cooked lunch. Couldn't have found a better place to stay in Hoi An. Will definitely stay here again if I am back in Hoi An! Highly recommended!

Positive points: Really cozy and nice homestay! I stayed here with my boyfriend and we loved this homestay. Nhi and her mother are amazing and helped us to show us the locals restaurants / street food (it was soooo good).
