Beryl Signature Hanoi Hotel

Review: The hotel description for the junior suit offers a lot but does not deliver.

1. Seperate bath and shower. It must be very seperate as there is no bath in my room. It may be down the road at a different hotel.

2. Welcome drink. Bottled water is in the room but otherwise, no other drinks were provided.

3. Snacks/fruit. Two packages of fruit were in my fridge when I arrived but they had been opened, the wrap peeled back and fruit eaten. Clearly left behind by the previous occupant. I’m unsure if it was ever provided by the hotel or not.

Cleanliness is an issue. Tops of taps, bottoms of windows/shower, edges of everything have not been touched for a considerable amount of time.

Provided the price is cheap enough it’s ok… just.

Review: This is 4 stars hotel, it is very nice we have big room with balcony, very convenient location but I would give it a minus to 3 stars because room has ants and we have five people but only one key room.
