Review: It was listed under full place/apartment but it's actually a small room with a shared bathroom (shared with at least 6 more people). Also we payed extra for the 'deluxe double room' but they still tried to put us in a room with bunkbeds, although they gave in when we complained. It's cheap for the location but be very careful when booking and demand your rights when you get there.

Positive points: Tiny but cosy room, not much bigger than the mattress on the floor. Loved the balcony with great views. Check in was a little confusing, but it was not a problem. We enjoyed the location. Recommended.

Negative points: ROOM HAVE CAMERA NO PRIVACY smelling room, the owner spoke loud and asked about is someone use the beds is not the hostel of photos, door can't close don't liked it and mattress soo hard i prefer sleep on the floor

Review: Room is not built with proper wall, not sound proof, and not safe at all. The location is super noisy. The staff gave me the room which looks totally different from the photos. Terrible place!

Positive points: The location is perfect: close to the mausoleum of pres. Ho Chi Minh, there are also a pretty fresh and spacious park, bus stops, good places to eat porriage, noodles, banh cuon and banh mi on doi can street, pretty close to the old quarters,... Quite at night (except for waste collection at around 11pm), clean properties

Negative points: I had to climb like 5 levels to reach my room (this homestay is on level 4&5), the stairs to level 5 were pretty dangerous and i would not recommend anyone who is not physically adequate to book this homestay. The private room for 1 person is pretty small and there's only 1 bathroom on level 4 so it's pretty inconvenient to use. I wish someone had mentioned me this when i booked this room. nThe room is also not well soudproof, i could literally hear every single vehicles on the street, especially the trucks. This upset me a lot.nI was uncomfy with the attitude of the homestay manager. One night when i came back late, the door was shut and i couldnt open it so i called for help. He literally scolded me with a pretty harsh accent so i had to figure out myself how to open the door. I felt quitely disrespected and can assume the manager was not helpful at all.

Review: Affordable, clean, not like in the old town. Close to Uncle Ho's Mausoleum, very convenient. I recommend everyone to come to this place.
