Paradise Suites Hotel

Review: It’s a clean and good hotel on Tuan Chau Island. It has a good restaurant and own beach and pool area. I would say if you staying 2 nights it’s a suitable place to stay. Otherwise i would recommend inside city. Not because hotel is bad but because tuan chau doesn’t offer much activities.

Positive points: The room was clean and well designed. The bed was super comfortable and the bathroom was clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is a small selection but super yummy and you can have unlimited choice of eggs, pho, pancakes and waffles which I would recommend.
We booked the trend suite which is a slightly different design to the classic suite. The only real difference, aside from the design, is the buildings that they are in. The hotel is split into 4 separate buildings. To confirm, as we questioned this, the Ha Long classic and classic suite are exactly the same and the same goes for the Saigon trend and trend suite. When we got there they offered us to move to the classic suite to be closer to the restaurant. They even went above and beyond to show us both rooms so we could choose which we prefer.

Review: We really enjoyed our stay here before getting on the ship. The front desk girls were amazing and we felt spoilt by the servers in the restaurant. We loved our relax time by the pool. It’s very well organized staff-wise and we appreciated the ride to the pier. We would stay again. The room was lovely and quiet.

Positive points: We stayed 1 night only since next day we had cruise. Not much to see in the island but the hotel is nice with spacious rooms and good breakfast. They offer free transfer to marina next say for your cruise. Also 5 mins drive with electric car they have pool and beach. Good choice if you don’t want to wake up early and have 2-3 hour transportation from Hanoi to Halong bay.

Positive points: The room was spacious and very clean. The big bed was the best I had ever slept in (and I have much experience with that). My stay exceeded my expectations. Breakfast was good. Thank you for your hospitality for all the hotel staff.

Positive points: The staff is a great team, all of them are ready to answer questions, bring support and listen to the guests, the room is big, clean and has everything, we had a great time, and the restaurants are good and offer a good menu.

The only thing is that the hotel does not have many restaurants around it. That being said they had good dinner options at their own restaurant

Positive points: Was very positively surprised by the overall quality of this hotel. Super roomy and luxorious for something like 38eur for two. Probably reduced a bit due to the shoulder-season, but this was definitely the best hotel of our 2.5w in vietnam.
