Negative points: The staff wasnt welcoming or helpful. We had to ask ourselves to get to the room, internet access, no concierge is offered. They also didnt clean the room for one day due to lack of the keys. We were not asked and/or informed about lady watering flowers on our private terrace. She just came in herself. Plus, when we werent satisfied with stay because of their attitude, we decided to leave one day earlier. The reception did not bother to ask what was wrong or no communication and help for the luggage was offered. I guess for this price you get respective service.
Review:
We stayed here for just a day. It's a nice hotel. The room was big and clean. Looks newly built. Beach is 200m walking distance. Quite area.
It seems like, it's a family run hotel. The receptionist didn't speak any English and we had to communicate using translator app, nevertheless he was very helpful, kind and seems like a cheerful person. A big thumbs up to him. The next day we had to leave for Hanoi and he helped us book a limo taxi for us, which picked us up at the hotel.
The only negative is that, since it's a very quite place, there's not much to do here. There's not even any places to eat nearby. We weren't able to even get food deliveries from Grab because no drivers we available to deliver food in this area. We didn't expected this, hence we had to sleep with an empty stomach. We could have booked a taxi and go have some dinner in the main market area (3-4 Km away), but we were just too tired and didn't wanted to go out. The hotel has a restaurant attached to the lobby, but they only serve breakfast, no lunch and no dinners.
Positive points: Top location, lovely balcony with spectacular view

Positive points: Chỗ nghỉ sạch sẽ tiện nghi, đi bộ một đoạn là ra bãi biển Bãi Cháy. nhân viên rất nhiệt tình!
Review:
The staff were friendly and helpful, allowing us to check in earlier than scheduled. The room was clean and well-equipped. However, the temperature of the shower water was difficult to control.
Positive points: Lê tân thân thiên gia ca họp ly. Khach san moi.
Negative points: Thieu nhan sự.
Review: Very nice hotel, rooms are cleaned, room temperature control can be improved, during the winter, it was cold but unable to get the room temperature warmer! Due to out of the tourist season, the surroundings were very quiet ( empty) no business. There is no live TV, only via apps, like YouTube, Netflix, etc. Price is very good for such a large room!

Negative points: Điều hoà của khách sạn quá chậm. Chỉ duy nhất vấn đề này. Và mình cảm thấy nhân viên không thân thiện cho lắm! Bữa sáng mình thấy ghi sẽ chuẩn bị từ 6 rưỡi tới 9 giờ nhưng mình xuống lúc 7 giờ vẫn chưa xong đồ ăn! Nên mình hơi bị muộn xe!

Review: Trải nghiệm tệ, ko thân thiện
Positive points: Phòng đẹp và có bếp với đầy đủ đồ cho gia đình, có sẵn gia vị, dầu ăn nồi xong chảo...chén uống rựu cốc uống bia. Rất tiện nếu muốn mua đồ về tự nấu ăn. Gần bãi biển lắm đi bộ xíu tới luôn.
Negative points: Vẫn có nhiều kiến nhưng đã đc xử lý ngay khi các bạn nhận phản hồi.
