Review: I had a truly wonderful stay at Westlake Pearl Aparthotel & Spa by Pegasy Group. The room was spotless and thoughtfully equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable and convenient stay — including a washer-dryer, a proper fridge, a functional working desk, a dining table, and a well-stocked kitchen with an electric stove and all necessary utensils. Everything worked perfectly and made me feel right at home.nnOne of the highlights was the rooftop bar, which offers a stunning view of West Lake and the Hanoi skyline — a perfect spot to relax in the evening.nnThe location is ideal for anyone looking to enjoy a quieter, more peaceful part of the city, away from the crowds and noise of the Old Quarter. It’s still very accessible by Grab or taxi, and there are plenty of great restaurants just a short walk away.nnThe staff were incredibly helpful and kind, especially Hanna, who went above and beyond to ensure my stay was smooth. She managed my room transition seamlessly while I was out on excursions, and her professionalism and warm hospitality made it very easy to communicate my needs.nnI would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hanoi and would absolutely love to come back again. A truly smooth and pleasant experience from start to finish.

Review: Dust dangling on the walls, kitchen cooker with dust, bed sheet with hairs, floor also dusty, obviously didn’t clean up and still let customers check in the room, after highlighted all the issues to reception lady, but didn’t solve it on time and housekeepers insulated customer by using curse word in Vietnamese language. So disappointed with the service. Also not even apologise.

Review: If you like a quiet place, Westlake Pearl Hanoi is for you. The room facilities are immaculate and complete. Hair dryer, fresh amenities everyday, work desk, dining table, sofa, tv, washer-dryer, electric stove, kettle, kitchen utensils, big fridge and telephone, you name it.nnThe staff was really helpful, especially Hanah. She was so friendly and charismatic and helped me settled my room change without worry.nnThe rooftop has an amazing view overlooking the lake and Hanoi city beyond it.

Review: Leo and the staff are great, security guy is super friendly. Circle K is just 2 min away and 24 hours, the area is quiet at night. I ask for the late check-out and the lady (forgot to ask her name) says it ok till 2. Thank you.
