Positive points: The staff were super friendly and organised bikes for us which made going to the town Center very easy. Also the pool is great fun and very clean

Review: The location a bit far from old town but tranport is convenient. The toilet floor is very slippery as well as the bath tub. High and slippery. Hotel is clean and specious.I booked the family room. Breakfast should have more varieties. Overall value for money

Review: Very nice room. Clean and beautiful hotel. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is wonderful, especially the coffee! Exceeded expectations for the price. This is the nicest place I have stayed in Vietnam thus far.

Positive points: All the staff were very pleasant. The bed and linen were very nice. The room was spotless.

Negative points: The only negative was that the kitchen ran out of sliced bread to make toast in the morning

Review: Clean rooms. Good location, near some fields and not far from the old town. The breakfast buffet is satisfactory. Quiet space.

Positive points: Nice pool. Staff are friendly. Good value and very clean. You can borrow a bike and visit the beach area which is 3km away.

Negative points: Breakfast could be a bit better. It is a little far from the centre, but a nice walk.

Positive points: Staff went above & beyond. When we had an early flight so would miss breakfast they prepared some food for us to take away with us when we checked.out.

Negative points: Was a bit further from the old town than initially thought. Not a big deal - only 20 minute walk. The hotel offered free bike hire but we preferred to walk than cycle.

Positive points: I am quite an experienced traveller to Vietnam, this is one of the few "go to" hotels I would truly recommend
The staff are absolutely brilliant and the rooms not only spotless but naturally cool.
Wifi is strong and facilities well maintained

Review: TRC hotel is within walking distance of hoi an old town. Staffs are friendly and it is located on a quiet street. It’s a small hotel and we had a superb free upgrade. Can’t ask more at price we paid. Only downside we saw was cockroaches at checking into our room

I never had time to make use of the bikes, but the free bicycle hire is a nice touch
