Review: This apartment is situated in the alley of Quan 3, very quiet at night. Also easy to access to the city of Quan 1 by Taxi. There are convenient stores and Starbucks, local cafes near with this apartment.

It was being secured by security guards 24 hours, very friendly guys. They kept our luggages after we checked out.

Although the guards cannot speak English, the building manager Ms. Ngan speaks English very well. She was very responsive and helpful. She quickly addressed our requests through the building manager.

If you are planning the trip with 2~3 people, this apartment would be a good choice. recommend!

Review: Very nice serviced apartment! Well furnished and comfortable to stay in! They service, (change the sheets and towels), 3 times per week, (not on Sundays). The A/C unit in the living room was maybe not as cold as it should be, but quite functional. The cable TV was great for the kids!. GOOD kitchen and fridge, (with a second fridge to be turned on , if needed). The apartment was quiet at night with no road noises. The front entrance area has a 24/7 guard and you enter with an electronic card, a key for your door. Easy and delicious foods across the street or short walks away. A large supermarket is a short walk away and you can have them deliver to the apart. bldg..
