Review: Nice hotel
Positive points: Beautiful view, the room was a very good size, and the amenities were very nice. Happy hour at the rooftop bar was a wonderful place to enjoy the sunset.
Negative points: Our room did not have an enclosed bathroom, it was separated by a fairly sheer curtain. Would have preferred an enclosed bathroom.
Review: Good!
Positive points: The location is very central, a ten minute walk to the town centre & local beach. The bed, bedding & shower are good. The staff are helpful. WiFi signal is strong. Gym good.
Negative points: The breakfast was disappointingly limited and was not included in the room rate. The evening menu was expensive & not the best quality food. The roof bar was very dark & with loud music even at sunset. The sun beds around the pool are uncomfortable & need padding.

Excellent location with very beautiful board walk along beach.
Staff very pleasant,attentive and genuine.
Breakfast offered a wide range of foods from Western to Vietnemase specialties.
Beautiful infinity swimming pool with view of the whole bay.
Depending on season, beach May not be swim able due to extensive low tide during most of day time ( from 8am to 3pm.
Positive points: Hotel is newly renovated and modern. The room is also spacious and clean as advertised.
Negative points:
Swimming pool water is quite dirty.
Although the breakfast buffet does have a lot of variety, the staff fails to refill the food resulting us not being able to take much food despite coming before 9am.

Negative points: Some of the food and snaks we had were disaappointing. We ate out most of the time.
Review:
A clean and cozy place right in the center of Con Dao, close to museum and attractions. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful - seriously, they should be the standard for Vietnamese hospitality. They even got me a motorbike rental for a great price. (150k vnd same as the airport)
Room is cleaned daily, which is awesome. But have a problem with the sound proofing, my room was connected to another room and it's noisy.
As for the restaurant, the prices are fair but food is just so so, not so good.
Would I stay here again? definitely, they have a very nice pool.
Positive points:
Amazing location, big pool and comfortable rooms.

The pool bar has very limited choices.

One of my worst hotel experience ever. I stay for 1 night and would never return again.
I was sitting at the hotel restaurant, and a drunk rude guest started disturbing my dinner. The staff did not do anything because “he” is a VVIP guest at the hotel.
At night, I can hear the couple next door making love clearly. The hotel needs to build better wall.
Positive points: Clean, friendly, nice pool, good and diverse breakfast spread.
Negative points: Loud music was being played at the pool (and it seeped into the rooms) from 7:00 AM to sometime time at night I don’t even know because I’d eventually fall asleep to the pulsating dance music all 4 nights of my stay at the Secret Con Dao hotel.
Review: A beautiful hotel with outstanding sea view. The staff are hospitality, the services are good. We had wonderfull experience at Sense spa in the first floor. Highly recommened!
Positive points: centrally located with many restaurants within walking distance, 100m from the beach, comfortable, kid friendly
Negative points: a few activities for the kids would be welcome: babyfoot, ping pong table. For now there's nothing apart from the pool

The spa - very bad experience !
The kitchen - the staff need a lot of training to be a 4*
The communication - there is a communication in the room saying that the rooftop is closed even if it’s open and there was works in the hotel so a lot of noise and dirt, no one communicated about this
The noise - the music is super loud and the staff doesn’t respect privacy

Positive points: Great location to explore Con Dao, easy to walk around the town or better get a scooter and really explore the island. Lovely rooms and awesome pool.

Positive points: Perfect location, right in the centre of Con Dao. Friendly and perfect customer service. Vu, the manager helped us to move our rooms close to each other as we have 2 young kids. Great laundry service and restaurant.
