Review: The hotel owner is very enthusiastic, kind, and honest. I have never stayed anywhere with such a wonderful experience. The accommodation is ideal and fantastic.
Positive points:
* easy scooter rental
* the family's daughter speaks english
* friendly family
* easy going
* good restaurant An Oi is very close
* reliable Wifi/Internet
* everything in working condition
Negative points: * advertised rental bicyles were not available

Positive points: Comfortable room. Great location. Nice staff. AC was broken, but when fixed it was working very well.
Negative points:
The room was cleaned only once during a stay of 5 nights.
I've been charged for the drinkable water.

Everything is good. Especially the host, they are very supportive in helping me find the shared bus to go to airport, asking me to have lunch together, providing good suggestion on restaurants.
But due to other guests, the hotel was a bit noisy during the late night. I understand that the host was shining ing asking these guests to shut up. Otherwise I love this hotel.

Positive points: Ông bà chủ nhà rất nhiệt tình thân thiện, phòng sạch sẽ nhé, mà lại gần nghĩa trang, chợ, biển nhé.

Rất ok trong tầm giá. Sạch sẽ, rộng rãi, thoáng. Chủ nhà thì rất dễ thương, các dịch vụ hỗ trợ mà chủ nhà giới thiệu ( thuê xe...)cũng khá ổn.
