Review: Staff were lovely and helpful and friendly. Great central location. Organised car for airport and made restaurant recommendations and got us fast tracked in being seated at local restaurant when we were limited for time. Highly recommend.

Review: The hotel is very conveniently located, just 2 min away from the lake and 5-10 min from all the busy good district and shopping. They are very flexible in all the arrangements, just to name a few : allowed us straight to the room as we checked in 10.30am / offered shower facilities after we checked out at noon since we had a 10pm train transit/ offered a staff coming along to the train b station, helped us to pickup the ticket and pulled our luggages to our train cabin.
Got to mention too the range of the buffet breakfast is extensive too! Highly recommend 👍

Positive points: The hotel was excellent and even though we had a problem with AC in our room they were quick to address the issue and change our room. We really loved our stay at the hotel - the location is also excellent. The GM of the hotel personally came to see us off when we were leaving. We would love to visit again.

Review: The Oriental Jade Hotel will be my new "home" whenever I visit Hanoi for business or pleasure. I had an outstanding experience. This is a beautifully maintained hotel with lovely rooms, incredible customer service, a fabulous breakfast and restaurant, and fun skybar with gorgeous view (highly recommend the Tropical Heat cocktail).

Positive points: Amazing rooftop pool, lovely helpful staff, comfy beds. Despite not having a view from our room it was nice and quiet so we slept really well. I’d stay here again. Really great location for visiting the historical sites and the famous train street is only a short walk away. Lots of nice restaurants & cafes nearby too.

Positive points: The best thing about this hotel is its location as well.
Just in front of Hoankiem Lake, it's a five-star hotel in the best location.
I chose this accommodation to visit during this Vietnam TET period and enjoy the fireworks right in front of me at midnight on January 1st.
The fireworks from the rooftop on the 12th floor were the best and the accommodation was very satisfying.

The breakfast is also really delicious, so I recommend you to try it.
I will stay when I come to Hanoi again next time.
