Super Candle Hotel

Review: We came back to Danang from Hoi an as we decided to stay in same hotel for another 2 days and requested staff to help and they gave us no option except to upgrade to penthouse with zero discount inspite of us staying with them for week .hotel is good and staff needs training .

Positive points: The staff were exceptionally friendly, courteous, and honest, going above and beyond by returning our bag left in the restaurant. The breakfast was delightful, offering a wide variety of fresh and tasty options. The location was convenient and well-situated for exploring Hanoi. The facilities were excellent, the location was great, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations.

Review: This hotel rooms are spacious, the apartment style room with 2 spacious bedroom with own CR/Bath. the amenities, and location were great, the staff are accommodating can assist all our needs. HIGHLY recommended! 🙌 The breakfast are also good.

Positive points: The room is big and spacious. Thanks for the free upgrade of my room to super deluxe room. nnAbout their free breakfast buffet is superb, you have a lot of options and what I like most is their seafoods like shrimp 🍤. Because of that I still like to go back to stay again there.

Review: We had a great time in Super Candle Hotel! We got an upgrade to a serviced apartment and the room was so big! The hotel was very beautiful and the breakfast was wonderful, with lots of variety and Japanese dishes. The services was excellent too, and Mr Bellman made our stay fantastic

Positive points: Our stay over the Christmas holiday was excellent. The apartment was spacious, clean, and comfortably furnished. The bathrooms were well appointed. The breakfast buffet was extensive and delicious. The staff were kind and it was lovely that they recognized the birthday of one of our party while we were there. We stayed at 4 places in Vietnam of similar cost and Super Hotel Candle was clearly the nicest.

Review: Much better place to stay than squeezed rooms at old quater

Review: The location is quite good and bustling, only about 80k taxi fare from Hoan Kiem Lake, surrounded by many shops and eateries, has a fairly large parking area. I like it because it's pretty quiet. The room is not very new, but at that price, it's okay, plus you get free access to the hot tub, sauna, and a year-round swimming pool.

Positive points: The staff was incredibly nice. The ros we got were super spacious and had washing machines so we could do laundry. Yhere was a kitchen and a fridge, so basically like an Air BnB. Everything was very comfortable. The tables weren't as thoroughly cleaned,, I wiped all the surfaces. It is also a 10-15 min drive from. olof Quarter where all tourist things are like museums, shopping, restaurants etc. But we preferred this location as it was a little far from the crazy crowds
