1.0 How they deal were too fishy (take in your own risk) - Jins 22-10-2023

Negative points: After you book they will say and market for another hotel, it looks to me like a SCAM! rnrnThey asked when i need to checkin , i replied the time, then onwards they talk about a different hotel different than booked

Negative points: The mattress was really hard and you could feel every part of it with your back. It was cold even when the ac was working at a maximum heat mode, far from the city centre

Review: Very satisfied. Sunstay provides flexible check-in/check-out times. Before check-in, they guided me in detail on how to access the room. The room was clean and fully equipped. A small downside is that the TV couldn't be watched because the internet package had expired 😂 If I could watch movies, it would have been even better, but since I only stayed for one day, it didn't affect me much. 5* haha

Positive points: Vị trí ngay gần hồ tây, ra lăng bác, công viên khá tiện. Ngay trước cửa có quán bún chả rất ngon, chủ nhà nhiệt tình.

Review: Cannot locate the hotel. Arrive at the address and the hotel is not there. Hotel should check if address is correctly listed. To make things worse, when I called to inquire about their location, I was informed no rooms available despite having reserved one. Apparently there's been a mistake in their room scheduling. nMistakes do happen but for tourists arriving thinking they have a reserved room and finding out there's none, this is very bad for tourist and hotel reputation. Nonetheless, the address conundrum is the most disappointing thing.

Review: Khó ngủ với tất cả những con bọ giường. Tôi đã trả tiền cho căn hộ penthouse có tầm nhìn ra hồ nhưng lại nhận được tầng ba với tầm nhìn ra hẻm. Thang máy có mùi rất khủng khiếp. Căn phòng rộng rãi nhưng sàn nhà thì dơ bẩn. Thật sự không phải là một nơi tốt một chút nào.

Positive points: điểm cộng là có chỗ để xe máy rộng rãi, vị trí gần đường lớn nhưng rất yên tĩnh, căn hộ rộng đầy đủ mọi tiện nghi cả bếp nấu ăn, ấm siêu tốc....
