Housekeeping is superb! No hassle whatsoever doing transaction with Su Casa. Very accommodating, easy to talk to, even with personal questions like where to buy stuff they’ll gladly assist.

Review: This is probably the best hotel we've been to. Great spacious rooms and bathrooms that fit well with our family of 6 + 6 large luggage. Nice area with nearby coffee shops. Comfortable bed, overall clean area, great staff.

They also let us leave our luggage prior to checking in, and after check out as well.

Note that it's not as near to Hoan Kiem Lake, and would take a quick 3-5 min Grab, but it was absolutely worth it for us given the quality of stay that we had here in Su Casa. Nearest convenience store is a 4-5 min walk away.

Positive points: Centrally located in the old city, close to all the sights. Rooms are clean and comfortable

Positive points: Bed was super comfortable, not too soft, not too hard. Just perfect. Bathroom clean and spacious. Good pressure in the shower. Kitchenette had proper knife 😄👌 hotels rarely do. Some pots, pans, plates etc. Really quiet room. All in all super nice hotel. There is also washer and dryer for guests to use. And nice little rooftop terrace. Especially convenient if you smoke.

Positive points: Good location for visiting the old town and super sweet and helpful staff. Room service came every day. Clean room with proper AC.

Review: My friends and I just had a summer vacation in Hanoi. I chose Su Casa because it is very close and convenient to visit attractions such as the Hoa Lo Prison, Hoan Kiem Lake, the Old Quarter, and the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum. The rooms here are very good, clean, fully equipped, and the staff is very friendly, always dedicated to assisting guests.
