Positive points: ROOM ON THE SMALLER SIZE BUT OK FOR 2 NIGHTS, SHOWER GOOD WATER PRESSURE,
VERY FREINDLY BREAKFAST STAFF, GOOD SELECTION AND VERY STRONG VIETNAMESE COFFEE.

Review: Stayed there on two occasions. Good location close to the lake. Staff gives you a personal treatment. I would recommend highly both Mali and Jen. They went beyond their duty to help in ordering a trip to ha long bay, and in other things. I would recommend this hotel to my friends!

Positive points: The service is exceptional especially from Anna. Super close to old quarter and on a quiet street away from noisy streets and the buffet breakfast was divine. Would highly recommend a stay here when visiting Hanoi :)

Review: The location and the spa is good. The staff is very professional. The place is clean. Though it is a bit pricey for the room size and facilities. But it could be because it is sited near the old quarters

Positive points: The bed was sooo comfortable, best sleep on whole trip! The rooms are large and perfect, shower hot and powerful. Breakfast delicious. Staff excellent. Location perfect for walking to the temple on lake, bar street (crazy!) Cathedral and train street.
Rooftop bar was a nice place to chill at end of the day!

Review: Hotel is not value for money, as it very expensive. You can easily get other good options. Veg menu is very less. Some kind of fish oil smell you can feel in whole hotel. Rooms are very small. So please check the photos properly. However, Massage was very good.

Positive points: We enjoyed the Rooftop bar area. On check-in reception was helpful, friendly and gave us a complimentary room upgrade.

Positive points: The property was in the perfect location , near to lots of attractions yet nice and quiet in the evening . My room was smaller than expected but cosy,clean and tastefully decorated . The staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful and nothing was too much trouble . Breakfast was very good too.

Positive points: Perfect location on the border of the French and Old Quarters. Lovely boutique hotel with a very good bar and restaurant, comfy rooms and beds and outstanding, attentive staff. A complimentary bottle of red on arrival and fresh fruit each day.
The place works hard to keep you feeling welcomed. If you are lucky enough to catch Jen behind the desk on arrival, then you are in for a charm treat.
