Review: The room is quite decent, compatible with the price, everything in the room is also convenient, the bathroom and toilet are okay, located in a very convenient area... the only downside is that the TV has no signal...

Positive points: It is cleaned

Negative points: I found the staff to be less friendly than expected, with only one out of three showing any warmth or smile. Communication through Booking.com messages went unanswered, even when trying to extend my stay. While the room was clean and comfortable, the elevator had an unpleasant smell, lacked soundproofing, and common areas were often cluttered with towels and debris. While there's potential, improvements in staff attitude, communication, and maintenance are needed for a better overall experience.

Review: Although it is only a 2-star hotel, the owner pays great attention to every small detail. I've never stayed anywhere where the owner is this dedicated. The rooms are also very clean, with a cozy atmosphere and a good view from the two windows. However, there are a few improvements that could be made, but it's not a big deal.n1. Having a smart TV would be great. The TV is currently just a regular one.n2. The showerhead, when held for bathing, is acceptable, but the water pressure is weak when held in hand.n3. The bathtub should have grab bars, and having a stool or chair to step in would be wonderful, as the bathtub is quite high.

Positive points: quiet, nice roomsnfriendly staffnarrival and departure seamless. nno hassle na towel was destroyed by cleaning dirt off the floor but they never complained nnice park for kids opposite the hotel

Negative points: we have a young son, and the floor was very dirty. swept fine but we cleaned a lot of dirt with a wet towel
