Review: My wife and I had a lovely stay at Bocbandi, it was exactly what we expected for the price we paid. The whole of Pu Luong is set on the side of a steep slope, and so the hotel is carved into this precipitous angle because of this there are steps everywhere, and you have to walk up and down them. THIS IS NOT A SUPRISE - Bocbandi is on a hill! Loads of reviewers have complained about all the steps and I just had to make a point to say that if you're staying on a hill then expect some ups and downs! The bed was comfortable and everyone was friendly and helpful. The food at breakfast isn't amazing, but it's what you should expect for the money. The meal we had delivered to our room on the first night was bloody excellent and it surprises me that they can't put the same effort into the breakfast on offer. Cheerio and keep it real!
Positive points: Location, views and cleanliness
Negative points: Poor value for money, food was edible but uninspiring, it’s basically a stop off for large coach parties. Very noisy with the worst karaoke I’ve ever heard. Bikes are still not fixed and dangerous. There’s plenty of other great looking accommodation nearby at a fraction of the price.
Review: Absolutely isolated with no attractions . Although Staff is very helpful and property is good but not worth it without any massage or spa facilities being called a retreat. No options for vegans , nothing to do in this property. Would not recommend
Positive points: Room was correct but no curtains everywhere to stop the early morning light.
Negative points:
The level of service was very bad. No advices, almost nobody speaking english, not helpful for booking a taxi or renting scooters.
The swimming pool was dirty (vase at the bottom of the pool)
Lots of noisy people working from 6 am to 5 pm right under our windows not trying to be silent.
We took once 2 bicycles. There were 10 bicycles available but there were all not maintained at all. We took the 2 ones which seem the best but one of them lost a pedals after 1 km riding. When we came back with the broken bicycle, a guy told us sorry but no one tries to repair the bicycles or to help us find an alternative.
Review: The staff is super helpful. I made a mistake on my booking, and they helped to refund us. The pool is nice. The view is very beautiful. Breakfast is yummy. I recommend it.

Positive points: Great retreat, friendly and helpful staff, clean and modern rooms with boutique style. Breakfast and dinner are good, the price for dinner and room are resonable, totally it is great to stay, highly recommendation.
Negative points:
No View for our room but the picture on booking indicates with nice rice steps view.
You can't pay by credit card as the retreat do not have POS machine.
The mirror looks into your bed when you sleep, this matter is not so good.
The bedroom door is lighted, it's bright when you sleep because the light in the hallway reflects, you should stick something on the glass door to prevent light from entering or when guests sleep, turn off the the light in the hallway.

khi book nhà Sàn ở mà ghi chú có cả trẻ con đi cùng. Tuy nhiên hướng dẫn viên không tư vấn Nhà sàn ko có điều hoà, khu nhà VS riêng biệt bất tiện cho trẻ nhỏ đi lên xuống và ban đêm. Nhà sàn chỉ hợp khách ưa trải nghiệm về vùng hoang dã thiên nhiên gần gũi, ko hợp khách có trẻ con và mục đích chuyển đi chỉ để nghỉ ngơi và tham quan...
Đồ ăn sáng cũng ko được ngon, ít đồ không sao, nhưng bún nấu rất tệ
