Puluong Retreat

Review: A perfect stay for couples if you just want to relax and chill . They upgraded our room without any extra pay since we had a problem with the allocated room. Had a very relaxing stay here.

Positive points: Amazing staff, views were incredible, the pictures barely do justice. Wonderful food, a little pricey but worth it. They found out I hadn't tried the meal - Bun Cha, so they made it for lunch for us one day although it wasn't on the menu.

Review: A beautiful and nature-friendly place to live, although the road to get there may be a bit difficult, I would still come back if given the chance. The staff is polite and courteous.

Positive points: Great staffs (Ms.Ngan is the best, she takes care of customers)

Review: Khách sạn nhỏ xinh, view đẹp. Phòng sạch sẽ rộng rãi. Hôm nhà mình ở Wifi bị hỏng nhưng ko kịp sửa. Nói chung là OK.

Positive points: Magnificent views, tasty food ( some items a little pricey, but lovely. Must try the roast PuLuong duck.
Very comfortable bed with fresh linen and clean rooms.

Review: This is a great resort with friendly staff. This is my second time returning and the staff helped me arrange rooms 106 and 108 just like last time. The food is delicious and the scenery is beautiful. The staff is very cute and I appreciate their enthusiasm. I did mention to the staff that room 108 had a slight smell of sewage. The bed and bedding were clean and comfortable, and the water pressure in the bathroom was strong. I will definitely come back to stay here again when I visit Puluong next time.

Positive points: We loved our stay at the retreat! It is very nice in the middle of the nature. The view is gorgeous and the breakfast ist very yummy. We had dinner once which was very nice as well.
We had the room above the pool bar and were a bit afraid that it would be too load but the bar closes at 10 pm which is very nice! :)
The Spa treatments (we had massages and hair wash) were great as well.
The staff was amazing - very kind, very helpful and always had a smile on their lips when we came! We would like to particularly point out Ms Jolie, who helped us a lot when our flights got changed by the airline and the restaurant manager who was always looking out for us during meals.

Review: We had a wonderful stay and the manager with all staff are so super helpful which makes it even easier to stay . The staff is 24/7 there for you with whatever you need. Going around is also quiet easy with lots to see and explore . If there is something to complain that only right now the hotel is under renovation which happens everywhere , but the chainsaw started at 6:30am , so we needed no alarm clock together up early ! That could have been handled a bit better . Anyhow I fully recommend this resort , it will bring you nice memories if you stay short or long

Review: Lovely staff although having to book through the Hanoi office made it unnecessarily complicated.

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff, beautiful rooms and views. Good menu. Various pets which entertained our 18 month old but no fence at the restaurant or pool bar with a drop below. Karaoke and building work nearby was a shame.

Positive points: Great spot - we upgraded to the bungalow with balcony and view. Would strongly recommend as the other bungalow(s) don't have such a good outlook. Food was also very good - a relaxing spot with lovely views

Review: Place is great and staff is great. but we had a poweroutage, and during the 2 hrs we heard nothing from the staff, no flashlight, so no way to find the toilet or the office. without the risk of falling 15m down from different edges, But there was generator power on the other side of the lodge, So the bar could keep selling drinks. The least they could have done was to go to the rooms with flashlights, water and information. next day it was like it never happened,
Power outage can happen but it is the way you keep your guests safe that counts, here no one cared

Positive points: Beautiful property. Relaxing after being in busy cities. Loved looking over the rice paddies from our deck. Great breakfast!
