Positive points: Very friendly and welcoming staff. They made us feel like members of the family. Very kind and thoughtful. Our room had a wonderful view. We had dinner there and it was excellent - some, if not the best, we’ve had in Vietnam so far! Definitely recommended!

Extremely friendly and dedicated staff! Amazing location and view. We booked 4 motorbikes with them, we had an issue with one motorbike and they were super honest about it and gave us a discount.
Room was beautiful and super clean.
Negative points: If you book a room for 5, be aware that you ll be 5 in a room that should initially only be for 2. Better to book 2 rooms (one for 3 and one for 2) )

Positive points: We had an absolutely wonderful time at this remote resort. We met some great new friends and really enjoyed our trek to the Bat Cave. We were the only ones at this enormous cave and the little village near it was quaint and beautiful.
Negative points: I would have to try pretty hard to think of anything I didn't like. Honestly, the coffee could have been served hotter but that is a small matter that would never keep me away.
Positive points:
The owners (who also manage the hotel) have put in a huge amount of effort to create an authentic, yet very comfortable, mountain experience. The rooms were large enough to have 2 extra single beds (so could sleep 6 in total) plus a lovely balcony overlooking the valley. The buildings are all made from local materials in the ‘stilt house style’ so blend seamlessly into the environment.
The views from the property are simply stunning, reaching across 6 or so valleys. You could stay here a year and never get tired of it.
The onsite chef and restaurant serves up super local cuisine from duck to chicken to crab and snails. The herbs and veg come from the garden and fish and poultry come from the farmer next door. If you want burgers and chips, this probably isn’t the place to stay.
The hotel is further up the valley closer to the Pu Luong mountain so is in a newer part of the park. Having said that there are other restaurants in walking distance, so it’s not totally remote.
The walk we did through the paddy fields to the ‘bat cave’ (3.5hrs return) was a real high point, with cascading rice paddy fields. There was also nice looking mountain bikes for hire too.
Negative points: The staff are mostly local (which is a good thing in my opinion) so that does mean that understanding can take a few goes to get things right. However the management speak fluent English so was never really an issue.
Review: The owner and staffs provided great hospitality to us. You can ask him to play a piece on the piano for you and he will delightfully oblige.
Positive points: Had a wonderful time here thanks to the clean rooms and helpful staff who were always available to assist if we needed anything. Top place that we would love to visit again!
Review: This is a recommendation for a beautiful resort with friendly owners and staff, exceptional service, a nice view with an infinity pool, and excellent food. It is highly recommended to stay here.

Negative points: The hotel does not have a bar of varied drinks or alcohol or foods, whether they are special like ice cream or mangoes, there is no bar, there is only beer and red wine, and even if you want to order, you are welcome, you have to go, he will not come to you, which is a shame, all the hotel employees do not know English except the manager And it can be really frustrating. All the staff have good intentions, but the bed linen is not good value for money. I've been to much cheaper hotels and received much better response. What's very important to know is that the area of the hotel has very few shops or restaurants. If the hotel doesn't have these things you need You have no solution
Review: Amigo - a 5-star standard place located 1km away from the peak of Puluong, there is nothing to complain about this place. The resort owners are very friendly and attentive, the food is delicious, the staff is dedicated, the scenery is extremely beautiful. Next to Amigo, there is a natural stream flowing cool and safe for even young children to swim in. The pool view is amazing, the rooms are spacious and clean. I will definitely come back.

Review: Một khu nghỉ dưỡng gia đình đáng yêu tại Khu bảo tồn thiên nhiên Pu Luong yên tĩnh và đẹp như tranh. Nhân viên rất thân thiện và chu đáo. Hồ bơi là trung tâm của khu nghỉ dưỡng. Tôi mạnh dạn khuyên bạn nên lưu trú tại Amigo khi đến Pu Luong.

Ko nghĩ là tới Pù Luông lại có thể ở 1 nơi có tiêu chuẩn cao như vậy. Cảm giác như ở phòng khách sạn 5* luôn. Chị chủ resort hóa ra là một người có thâm niên cả đời làm những khách sạn quốc tế thuộc hàng top thế giới, giờ về hưu, tâm huyết đổ cả vào sản phẩm này. Phòng ốc đẹp xịn từng góc một, sạch sẽ, thơm tho, nhân viên xinh xắn, ngoan, tận tâm, là các cô gái Thái, nếu ko nói chuyện với khách họ nói với nhau tiếng Thái nghe vui lắm.
Đồ ăn đầy đặn, rất ngon mà rẻ. Sáng hôm sau gặp anh đầu bếp bảo anh là anh cứ làm ít đi chứ làm thế này lấy đâu ra lãi, anh bảo cứ muốn ngon và đầy đặn cho khách vui là anh vui.
2 ngày rời xa đô thị, ko khí trong lành, resort nằm trên triền núi nhiều cửa sổ to, view ruộng bậc thang, sáng ngắm mây bay lên từ dưới chân núi, ngắm nhà sàn, hoa ban tháng 3...Nói chung là thư giãn cực kì. Sẽ quay lại vào mùa lúa chín, xem suối và thác đầy nước và ruộng bậc thang chín vàng.
