Positive points: Location was good
Negative points: Beds were typically hard and TV didn't work
Positive points: It had a great location and enough space with living and each bedroom/bathroom on each level. And great aircon for a very hot summer in Hanoi.
Negative points: The cleaning could have been better with some hair in bedrooms and bathrooms and dust in places. But not anything to stopped us from enjoying

Negative points: All the used condoms on the Sheff was untidy and yuck would not recommend to a dog
Positive points: The host is very kind and friendly. The location is in old town.
