Positive points: Really friendly staff, relaxing environment, great facilities.

Positive points: The rooms are clean and spacious. The bed is very comfortable. But the best thing of all about it is the staff. They are amazing. They could not have been more helpful and accommodating if they tried. They are a credit to the owner.

Review: We had an amazing stay at this villa. We were surprised to hear we were the first group to stay after the villa reopened post-COVID. We booked a family suite which was really convenient but also allowed for privacy between the two bedrooms. The property is stunning with lots of light and breeze throughout, beautiful use of natural materials (designed by an architect from the same family) It is located on a quiet corner near the beach. Easy walk to coffee and restaurants. It is run by the same family as the nearby Sound of Silence cafe, also an amazing place. Truly one of the most beautiful places we've stayed in Vietnam and we'll be back on our next trip to Hoi An, hopefully in the non-distant future.

Review: Alright, where do I begin. The property itself is beautiful it’s small and personable, the building is new and has nice details (live edge wood counters, stone sinks, beautiful tile work etc) the common area downstairs is also gorgeous with a koi pond. There is made to order breakfast every morning with fresh juice (I recommend watermelon juice and the fruit crepes, SO good). You can rent scooters for $10 a day, and bicycles are free. Close proximity to beach and just a 10 min scooter ride into old Hoi An. Quiet and quaint. But the best part by far is Nuhm the sweet manager of the hotel. She is so attentive, caring and helpful. She always answered our questions and gave us good advice on where to eat, find things etc. She went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant and her hard work shows. My friend and I loved getting to know her and she was an incredible host. I definitely recommend and will stay here if I come back to Hoi An.

Positive points: Excellent location, clean with great staff. The place is run by Sound of Silence so breakfast is basic but great! They give you a giant fruit bowl if you order fruits for breakfast. Also you get fresh real coffee if you order it. They let us borrow a crib and a baby bath. They were very accommodating. It's really quite beautiful with not many rooms so I can imagine that it's even more amazing in summer.

Our 4 year old loved the giant koi fish and the rooms were huge!!
