Positive points: Close to the beach. Hoi An old town is 1hour walk or bicycle ride through rice fields. Some good value for money local restaurants on Lac Long Quan road. Spa, Barber and bars near the An Bang Beach.
Negative points: I had no issues.

Negative points: Rooms dark and dank in cold rainy season . No everything on good repair… doors dangerously sticky for example
Review: Quiet get-away from busier hostels or hotels/resorts while remaining close to the beach and restaurants. The room and property was cute and very clean. Owner was very helpful with recommendations and also replied quickly!
Positive points: It’s big, clean and tidy with nice view. Has smart TV and 1 minute walk to A Bang beach, also 2 minutes walk to local cafe or mini grocery store and local market. Common are, AKA lobby is comfortable too with kitchen facilities to cook and dining table. Ni, house staff is very helpful and kind, welcomes customers with bright smile, help me out with ordering grab to other places. I also love local restaurant Lucky, with delicious food, I do lunch and dinner there during my 4 days here, adorable family, and cheerful Yen
Negative points: Nada, or perhaps change warm light bulbs to brighter white light bulb since I have aging eyes, especially difficult to read at night. Just my personal preference, not room problem at all.
Review: No staff here as the norm - couldn't check in first day for hours. Room dirty. Impossible to regulate water temperature in shower. Towels literally threadbare and unraveling. No tea/coffee and no soap in bathroom. Asked about room cleaning to person sitting in lobby and he handed me a brush!
Positive points: Ni the manager and all the rest of the staff were lovely and helpful.
Negative points: The tree by the balcony needs pruning to give more light.
Positive points: It's cosy, clean and quiet. Close to the beach. The staff are helpful and polite. Surrounded by great bars restaurants and spas. Loved it !
Positive points:
Nice room with a huge balcony. Late checkin easily possible. Shuttle service from the airport. 2mins from the beach or to any little shops. The breakfast was really nice (just a 5-10mins walk away).

Positive points: A finely finished and furnished, comfortable place near the bench but it was without the functional kitchen that was advertised.
Negative points: The kitchen was not functioning, which was misleading as the place advertises a private kitchen. I had to eat out at restaurants
Positive points: Great hidden treasure. Away from the busy part of town but an easy 4 min walk. Beach only 30m away, quite beach area but still has bars and food served on the beach. Lovely pool. Highly recommended. We will be back!

The location was amazing, so close to a lovely beach and many cafes and restaurants. Really clean and great facilities, too.
Ni, the manager is really lovely and always available either in person or via WhatsApp and can help organize things easily.
The other staff were great too, I came very late and the security guard came and met me from my taxi and was the nicest ever.
The breakfast place is close by and the food was good every time.
I'll be back again with my husband as soon as I can.

Refrig not as cold as I prefer
As a senior traveler I did not feel that lighting in unit #1 was adequate for reading at night
