Positive points: The breakfast was so gooooood!! I will be dreaming of the chilli lime sauce! Please make a bottle in hand luggage size!😂 Lê was such a wonderful host, so friendly, helped us with anything&everything we needed! We stayed in a bungalow, which was super cute, we loved it. Loved the boho decor! The bungalow was clean, the entire premises just had a nice vibe. Location is great for getting in to Hoi An quickly, but also is located in the cutest little beach town too!
Negative points: Super picky, at night it was a little loud due to the neighbours pets in the property opposite
Positive points: It’s a very cute B&B and the food was fantastic.
Negative points: It’s not sound proof as stated. The way the building is made, it was a very wet stay with the rain. Even our things that were dry upon arrival, were damp when we left.
Positive points: Nice quiet b&b clean good food and lovely staff

Review: The AC is a bit broken, otherwise I enjoyed it here. Near An Bang beach.
Positive points: We loved the cute and cosy vibe! The owners were so helpful and just all around great and fun people :) But the thing we loved the most is the amazing breakfast they serve! You MUST try the Korean egg drop sandwich, best sandwich we ever had.

Review: After some weeks of traveling with lots of impressions and a lot to take in, Happy Bird and it friendly crew got us well settled in and relaxed in a very nice and easygoing little town - beautiful beach, tasty food, good recommendations from hosts - and 10 minutes from Hoi An. We highly recommend you book your stay here! Thanks Happy Bird, from happy guests:)
Positive points: The location was fantastic. It was a Bohemian type of place, which for us years ago would've been great. And the restaurant was nice.
Negative points: However, the shower was not fully functional, the mattress could've been better. And we thought we had Aircon and there wasn't any.
Review: I loved this spot situated just outside of Hoi A proper, and meters from the beach. Grab is readily available, and is a short 10 min bike into Hoi An. Room had everything I needed and was thoughtfully decorated. Breakfast in the morning was delicious, healthy, and filling (Bali-esque smoothie bowls, crepes, eggs, FRESH juice). The staff were more than helpful, the place overall had a relaxed and friendly vibe, and the grounds were lovely to relax in with a beer during sunset. Lots of food and amenities within walking distance.
Positive points: The food and drinks were lovely and we especially enjoyed the slushies! It was nice to have the option to eat downstairs or elsewhere depending on what we were doing. The room is large so perfect for the whole family and quiet location at the end of the beach. Literally 4 minute walk to the beach and owners sent a list of great recommendations and were very good at communicating.
Negative points:
The lighting in the room was really poor to be honest. Whilst the giant shade looks impressive it is too high up to spread any light and the same with the wall lights which are about 10ft up the wall and the light pointing down is blocked by the shade. One angle poise light was the only useable one. Suggest floor and lower wall lights and repaint giant light to just make it a feature.
The room was really warm as it was above the kitchen and on arrival we had get the batteries changed in the aircon to get it to work after which it was fine. It would have been good to have a stair light at the top of the stairs so we could see going up and down.

very very near to beach.
the narrow path to beach is also attractive.
you will find banana leaves shining brightly in sunlight.
you can enjoy 30second even before beach.
and the beach is very quiet.really relaxing.
Local people will bring nice foods and beers.
Break fast in the dinning room is my favorite.
you can enjoy beatiful garden comfortable breeze and jazz piano at tropical morning.

Positive points: Once in an air conditioned room our stay was comfortable and relaxing. Having food or drinks in the garden was great. Staff super friendly. Local beach very close and brilliant
Negative points: The initial room we had had no air conditioning and was too hot for older people

We spent 2 nights in the family room. The room is spacious and can accommodate up to 6 adults.
Only 5' walk away from the An Bang beach.
The owner Michael and his staff were super friendly and supportive.
We also love all the smoothies in the menu.
Positive points: Very good optional breakfast.
