Vanessa Boutique Hotel An Bang Beach - Hoi An

Review: This boutique hotel is about 4 months old but I took a chance at booking with them due to the positive reviews and beautiful interiors. The room I booked was premier double indochine with a super king bed. The bed was big enough to accommodate me, my husband and my 10-year old. There was initially some confusion regarding the charging for our child when it was free on the Agoda booking site but it was sorted out in the end. The room was huge and tastefully decorated. It was also very clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff were very eager to help and make you feel welcome too. The breakfast was great and Thu was always very accommodating and pleasant. Shout out to all the staff of Vanessa — from Maya and the rest of the front office team, Thu and the restaurant staff, the housekeeping staff, bellmen, and security staff (Lucky)! Will definitely choose Vanessa if we find ourselves in Hoi An again!
