Positive points: NYT Home Giang Vo is a great option for travelers seeking a budget-friendly and authentic stay in Hanoi. the room is bigger than any hotel on old quarter, the hotel’s location í outstanding near to go every tourism spot, room amenities, and outstanding service make it a perfect choice.
Negative points: nothing everything is above my expectations.
Positive points: Overall my Experience:nNYT Home Giang Vo, offers a blend of comfort, traditional, authentic, convenience, and outstanding service. While the location provides a very local hanoian living experience, with the complete facilities and amenities also professional and very helpful and friendly staff make it unforgettable moments for travelers who seeking a homely atmosphere in Hanoi with authentic local living neighborhoods. and definitely and most important the room is spacious compared with every hotel room in old quarters area also not forget is definitely value for money. Location strategic in the heart of hanoi business district near to every tourist area that can reach just by walking, many local food stall for breakfast and lunch with very reasonable prices near with supermarket with ready to eat food also MRT station if you want to go to mall Aeon, or HaDong area. I definitely highly recommend this hotel for your stay when you visit Hanoi.

Positive points: TOP NOTCH accommodation. n- Staff was unbelievably nice. They would respond no matter how late. n- The Cleanliness was 10/10.n- The location was authentic Vietnamese living. NOT for the tourist type BUT it is also not far. Maybe 5 mins from the center. n- FOOD everywheren- Best beds. Everything is provided. Everyone is respectful. n- Next to THREE convenience stores.

Negative points: Dirty room, used sheets (disgusting).nThe person on the reception was funny but zero helpful (English: zero)..nThe room was smelly and dirty,the bathroom it's completely connected with the other room ,so you can ear everything,I mean everything 😊..o man ....nWe open the bed and the sheets were dirty and full of genital hair...I get really disappointed ☹️, went down and asked for a new one but I had to change by my own..nI asked for a discount about it,but nothing 😕😕😕..nI mean,no nice at all
Review: Central location, the owner is very attentive, the room is clean.
Positive points: Staff are super nice and caring. The location is close to many good local restaurants. There is an elevator. The room is spacious. Good values.
Negative points: The bathroom cloth hanger inside the shower renders it useless. Love-making chair is not necessary and takes up too much space. The electrical outlet is hidden inside the cabinet of the kitchenette, which doesn't make sense.

Positive points: We were upgraded to a nicer room when we told them about the issues in our initial room. Nice amenities and lighting
Negative points: The first room we got wasn’t great. We had a broken chair and a broken fan and the power was pulsing so the AC didn’t cool the room in over an hour when “blasting”. We told them about these issues and they upgraded us to a nicer studio. We were very thankful for this, but this was the room that we saw in the photos when we initially booked. So we ended up getting the room be booked originally.
Review: Chỗ ở tuy không mới tinh nhưng phòng ốc rất sáng sủa, sạch sẽ, thiết kế nội thất tiện dụng, hợp lý. Chủ nhà rất tận tình. Vị trí đi lại từ đây đến các điểm khác cũng dễ dàng. Xung quanh có rất nhiều hàng ăn và các dịch vụ thiết yếu khác. Giá thuê vừa phải, phù hợp. Chắc chắn nơi này sẽ luôn là một trong những lựa chọn hàng đầu được mình cân nhắc mỗi khi đến Hà Nội.
