Review: This is my 3rd stay within 9 months. I absolutely love it here. The best place to have a home away from home. They’re so kind and attentive. The beds are comfy. The bathtub is roomy! The cleanliness is top notch and the buffet is always delicious. Thank you again for another great stay! Oh and the incline on the treadmill goes up to 20%! Such a rarity! A lovely must have!

Review: The best hotel we stayed at our whole vietnam trip! Prior to our trip, I was in constant coordination with the Miss Selena for additional beds, tours, and even adding a special surprise for one of our companions. They were so accommodating and attentive. Upon arrival, they let us check in early and checked up on us throughout our stay. Despite constantly changing plans or adding to our already long list of requests, they always delivered! The food was superb and room service was affordable. They gave us complimentary foot massages and buy 1 take 1 full body massage (which was amazing!) i do wish they used a different oil because it made me smell funny throughout the day 😅. All but one staff member had full and enthusiastic smiles. However, one staff member was a little stand-offish and didn't seem approachable, and in one instance was passive aggressive. However, he did not cloud my experience because everything else made up for it. Big shoutout to Miss Zoe, as well, who was the best! Will definitely return given the opportunity! A mist stay indeed.

Positive points: We had a comfortable stay. The bed was comfortable, white sheet, clean. The bathroom seemed to be renovated so it was nice and clean. We had a balcony that look down to a yard where you can see the goose, chickens, hens run free. We enjoyed our stay. Though there is room for improvement with breakfast selection.

Review: Nice & new hotel with friendly staff. Walking distance to the famous ancient town.

Positive points: Like the name this hotel really is a gem of a place. Having a series of bad stays in our trip to Vietnam, this place really has been the best stay we've had. So good in fact we decided to extend our stay by one night. This place is really worth every penny and facilities have been fantastic. It's been really nice staying in a place where there is hot running water 24/7. The room was very clean and the housekeeping attended to it every single day! The beds were super comfy and we have had some of the best sleeps on this trip at Little Gem.

We attended the cooking class at the hotel with chef Yaki and it was fantastic. He took us to the local market which was 10 minutes away, on our bikes that was provided by the hotel. He made us try the local delicacies and they were delicious. We were welcomed back at the hotel with a refreshing drink and we proceeded with the cooking class. The ingredients were all laid out perfectly and we were excited to begin. Chef Yaki explained all the ingredients and methods needed to prepare the lovely dishes. We made fresh spring rolls, deep fried spring rolls and banh xeo: it was a delicious meal. The price was comparable to the other cooking classes in the area, so it's a must do activity!

The food at Little Gem was delicious. Breakfast had a great spread which included Vietnamese cuisine, selection of pastries, fresh fruits and continental breakfast. You can guarantee you would leave the hotel full, ready to explore exciting Hoi An. We also tried the set menu for 2 people. The food once again was so flavourful and tasty, the stewed pork with caramel was to die for!

All the staff were extremely friendly and very attentive. We want to specially mention Zoe She was really cute and super cheerful. We really enjoyed all our conversations with her and she made us feel so at home and made sure we were okay at all times.

Review: This hotel is new, clean and spacious. Amenities were perfect and staff was friendly. The only catch is that it’s little far from Ancient Town compared to almost all other city centre options. It’s about 1.5km out - a breeze by car or motorbike but much of the city’s charm is walking and if you need to walk back and forth to the hotel a few times a day with kids, then there are more convenient options. And if you are looking for a place with coffee shops and dining options around the block this is not it. But if you don’t mind a 15- 20 minutes stroll into town, then this is a wonderful option.

Positive points: New hotel with very comfortable spacious rooms. The staff were all great and so is the breakfast selection. Old town is a very simple 10-15 walk away which was great for me as you can’t order a taxi when in old town. They also have a little spa in the basement where I had a couple of well priced relaxing messages. I highly recommend their pick up and drop off airport service too!

Review: Generally, the hotel is nice and breakfast is good. Every staff is nice and friendly. Zoe is very aggressive to invite many guests to do her reviews. It’s unfair for other staff to have good comments.

Positive points: We absolutely loved everything about this hotel. It is beautiful, including the rooms, reception and restaurant. The breakfast buffet has a decent selection and the bar staff make a good coconut coffee! The staff were all fantastic. A special shoutout to Daisy on the reception who was especially helpful and friendly. We also loved the location, it is close enough to walk to the old town without being right in the business.

Review: We had a great time in little gem. Staff helped to show us places to roam around, connected us with tour operators, even helped us in booking airport cabs at late hours. Breakfast was good and has varieties. Rooms were clean and tidy, everything needed was provided...stay was comfortable and would recommend to a friend

Positive points: Good communication prior to arrival and seamless experience for the airport pick up from Da Nang. Rooms were new and clean and breakfast was plentiful in choices.

Review: 저녁 비행기여서 잠만 자고 왔는 숙소로 이용 했는데 하루밤 잠만 자는 숙소로 묵기 아까울 정도로 만족했습니다.!

Positive points: The rooms are clean spacious and comfortable and the bathrooms have a huge bath and shower and are well supplied and clean. It’s also nice to have your own balcony. The daily cleaning service makes it look brand new each day.The included breakfasts are delicious with a mix of western and Asian specialties and are restocked regularly with plenty of staff to assist. They will make you up a breakfast box if you have an early flight. The lunches and dinners are well priced with good operating hours. There is a lovely rooftop pool and 2-1 happy hours 3-5. Spa facilities are available and a small gym containing treadmills and free weights. It’s just a short walk to the fabric market and night market and there are plenty of shops and eateries on the way which offer better value as not in the main strip. The free bikes are great too to explore the area. We also used the laundry service which was efficient. The transport they organised for us from Da Nang and back made life simple. All the staff are lovely and helpful in every regard. I highly recommend this property

Review: Great location, friendly staff, good breakfast and good facilities. We loved this place. Less than a km to Old Town. Will definitely be back.

Positive points: Staff were really friendly and happy to help with any requests. Breakfast had a good spread though don’t expect anything like the large international hotel buffets. Room was spacious and clean. Location is a little ways from the old town (but less than 5 mins by car) but I liked how it was quieter and more private. We booked a tour to Bana hill through the front desk and everything was handled smoothly though the tour wasn’t the best ( no fault of the hotel).
