Review: Good value for money and good location

Positive points: We booked a deluxe room with no window. It was perfect! The room was so quiet which was a blessing and meant we could sleep all night without being woken up. The bed was massive and super comfy. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. Loved our night here and would book again!

Review: Nice room overall, the amenities were nice. there is small elevator bring us to the top floor. We are right below the restaurant but it was not too noisy. and because we were on the top floor(9th floor) so it was ok for us we didn't hear a lot of noise from street. the Balcony was nice to chill out but the PM was too bad at the time. We enjoy the free refreshment and including Hanoi beer! Staff was super nice and attentive. the location was superb as we could walk to many places around. However the price was a bit too high consider such a boutique hotel

Review: Hotel is literally in the middle of everything. Shops, restaurants and points of interest are a few minutes' walk away. Best part of our stay is the staff. They were very warm and welcoming and went out of their way to accommodate our requests. They even gave my wife a birthday cake and sang a hearty Happy Birthday to her. Surely made our celebration very memorable.

Review: Having visited Hanoi several times, I can confidently state this is the best hotel by far. Not only is the hotel decorated beautifully, but the staff are incredibly welcoming and accommodating to your needs. The rooms are cozy, slightly dark and had suggested adding more lighting to the rooms, which the staff was attentive to and appreciated feedback. Cindy was lovely and had the best recommendations! Will 1000% stay here again!

Review: We chose this hotel again when we came back from our Sapa trip. The hotel was kind enough to upgrade our room for free as we only book their standard room upon our return instead their suite when we stayed the first time. Appreciate this gesture a lot.

Do note: The old quarter’s road closes every weekend and holidays. The hotel location is affected so you will need to walk couple meters if you’ll be riding a grab/car.

Breakfast Buffet: Selection is not the same with have we have in a 4 star hotel in PH so set your expectation. The selection were pretty simple and limited but the food was great.

Staff: The lady supervisor was really nice and very efficient in communicating with us during our stay. The staffs helped us with our luggages when we are to leave going to the airport and the roads our closed near the hotel

Positive points: The staff at La Selva were amazingly friendly, proactive and helpful!!!

Review: I stayed at the La Selva Hotel for two nights whilst in Hanoi. The hotel itself was conveniently located in the old town of Hanoi and the staff were welcoming and friendly.
I had an initial issue on the first night, as when I booked I was not informed that my room did not have a window. This was not clearly indicated on the Agoda page. Although there were no alternaitve rooms available for the first night, I was able to move to a better room the second night of my stay.

Positive points: The reception staff is so friendly and helpful. Good location

Review: The front desk girl is very hospitable she even suggested us what to do while we stay here in Hanoi. She also gave us map and tourist destinations. We’ve upgraded our room to suites with balcony for 1m VND per night only.

Positive points: Lovely spot, great location in the Old Quarter of Hanoi. The staff went above and beyond to be helpful, including arranging transport for us to our next destination. They were attentive to every need, very kind, and constantly mindful of us. The breakfast was on a lovely enclosed rooftop location with a good spread and options for made-to-order as well. The room was comfortable and spacious. The wifi worked great.

Review: You cannot checkin early even room is available. Staff is good and helping with everything but for that price room is quite old and water not so hot. Don’t have hot a/c which in winter is not recommended. View is good actually and not noisy from street. Balcony is super big

Review: The staff here are super hospitable, friendly and attentive! Although the space is quaint, it was very clean and conveniently located in the center of the Old Quarters! Breakfast had limited options, but there are lots of eateries and cafes steps away from the hotel. Would recommend!

Positive points: - Very welcoming, very helpful staff, who surprised me with flowers and a bottle of wine, complimentary... while not on a honeymoon :)
- Room (junior suite) was as such quite nice, but few issues with it
- Nice balcony, central location (Hoan Kiem lake)
