Positive points: Everything was amazing!
From the staff to the pool, to the view, we have nothing to say but thank you for this wonderful stay!
And a special shout-out to Lisa, she went above and beyond to make us feel heard and to help us with all different kinds of questions. Also, she contacted us in advance and made sure we had everything we needed.

Positive points: good location in quiet area surrounded by nice rice fields
great with free rental bikes, fast and very easy to cycle to the city. many nice coffee shops and restaurants nearby

Positive points: Huge apartment with two beds for my own. Good cleanliness, small balcony. There was even a small desk, perfect for working. WiFi was fast and stable (70 Mbit). Bikes for free and you can use the kitchen by yourself. Nice pool with view on the rice fields.

Positive points: Had a really nice stay and the staff is so nice! The room was beautiful and very clean. The location is also perfect to reach the city and beach.

Positive points: nice and spacious room that fit two people comfortably. the place is very attractive and peaceful - located within the rice paddies, but still nearby main attractions. great motorbike rental - we rented a bike for 2 days with no problems and the process was simple. also very convenient to have unlimited filtered drinking water available! there is a reliable water purification system downstairs near the shared kitchen that has basics available. it has a shared refrigerator and microwave which we found nice to have. also the staff is helpful and easy to reach and communicate with. The paid breakfast service was nice to have but nothing special, we only tried it once. overall we had an easy and welcoming experience and would stay here again.

Review: Jade and her team were absolutely lovely.
The view of the rice paddies from the pool can't really be beaten.
My room was spacious but could use a little attention on some minor maintainence details details. No fridge in the room either.
Bed was comfortable and the breakfast was simple but all you need.
There's a beautiful new cafe in the rice fields (no food) 3 minutes walk away.

I worked at the Hub Hoi An Coworking space which is 2 minutes away and enjoyed my week at Jade Home.
I can definitely recommend it for the price as long as you're comfortable cycling or booking a Grab anytime you want to go anywhere.

Review: Came to this quiet area of Hoi An because I was desperate for a peaceful break from the city. When I first arrived I thought it was the most peaceful place I've ever stayed. Then an hour later the construction drilling notices started and go from 7am to 6pm every day just a couple houses away. Zero peace.

It's a shame because it's otherwise and incredible property, deserving 5 stars. And the noise isn't anything they can do about.
