Review: Stayed here for our anniversary trip to Hanoi. The hotel location is great, we stayed in a King Deluxe non-smoking room which was ok. Deco is a bit outdated and the room comes with a very small TV. The complimentary coffee was a bit poor as well for an Mgallery hotel. Overall the stay here was fine, plus point is definitely the location. You can smell smoke in the common areas but that will be the case for most hotels here, since smoking is still allowed in public areas. If I was a smoker, I would love it here.

Review: This place is perfect for romance and pleasant memories. Everything you want to see and do is within walking distance. This is a lovely replacement for the previous Hilton Opera Hanoi.

Positive points: The room was larger than expected and facilities well-designed and more luxurious than we expected. The curtain separating the bathroom and bedroom was cleverly designed, and the windows opening out into the courtyard was a nice touch. In addition, the location near the Opera square was particularly well located within the French Quarter.

Review: My partner and I have just stayed for three nights at Hotel de L’Opera. It’s very centrally located in just a few minutes walk to the lake. Facilities are good, for an upscale city centre hotel, with a decent restaurant and bar, small pool and gym and a spa. The decor may not be to everyone’s taste. At first I thought it over designed and a little like staying in a film set, but I it to like it. What sets the hotel apart is that it is quiet and well run and the staff are professional, friendly and helpful. And enjoyable stay.
