9.0 Welcoming host, joyful stay, calm an chill quarter, fully satisfied - Tri 14-01-2025

Positive points: the location is in right the center so is very easy to access all other tourist site, also the room is inside the old building of Ha Noi so you can emerge in the life of the local, very interesting!

Negative points: the room is fully equipped, however the air conditioner is only 1 way not 2 way (no heater function) so is a bit chilly if you stay in the cold season when temperature drop under 10 degree Celsius

Review: Super nice and attentive landlady, the room has all facilities I need including a flat iron upon request. Very clean. Everything functions. Located right in the city center and within minutes of walking to most important tourist attractions of Hanoi. Need to walk upstair to get to the room so shouldn't bring heavy luggage. The ceiling fan makes a little noise so if you're a light sleeper better use the AC. All in all I would highly recommend this place.

Positive points: The room is located in a local residential area that has local features of Hanoi architecture with a warm and friendly atmosphere. Well-funitured room, good vibe, and so nice host. Near popular places that I can walk around (Hoan Kiem Lake, Hanoi Old Quarter) or take buses. Reasonable price. I would come back on occasion.
Highly recommended.

Positive points: The room is very clean and cozy and serveed with almost everything you need. The location is very good, there are a lot of restaurants around. Huong and her family are so kind and friendly, and Huong has helped me a lot. Staying at this house is one of my best experiences and memories in Vietnam. I strongly recommend this bnb to everyone who want to enjoy their time in Hanoi.

Positive points: Perfect hosts. Great location, authentic Vietnamese home with rented apartments - not the Ritz but very interesting and comfortable

Negative points: Be aware that this must be paid for in cash - no credit payments accepted

Positive points: The host was really nice and always willing to help. She recommended buses, places to visit, etc. I loved staying here and felt quite safe as a young female solo traveler. I highly recommend!

Positive points: A lovely welcoming hostess. Kind, helpful and extremely courteous. I would definitely recommend to solo travellers and couples. A super experience and homely atmosphere.
