Review: Felt like home. Mr Tha and Family , the staff were so warm. They are the kindest people that my husband and I have come across. The place s super clean, very close to the market and all major spots. I would go back again and again ❤️ this place is a 100/10 for us.

Positive points: Staff was lovely and the breakfast omelette was great. Free bike was a great way to get around Hoi An.

Review: Fabulous place with fabulous staff. However the rooms etc are in need of a makeover.

Positive points: The staff were so helpful and showed. Care and generosity, waking up at 3am to make sure we had a taxi and packed breakfast to make our 6am flight. Very nice environment around the pool. Easy transport into Hoi An Ancient Town. Highly recommended. Definitely value for money.

Review: Great spor away from hustle of Old Town. Great restauarants nearby. Facilities and staff amazing. If you're looking for a more authentic Hoi An experience, this is it.

Positive points: The room was huge, airy and spotlessly clean.
The villa is located on a quiet street. It has a fantastic pool, which is enclosed with a perimeter wall, providing privacy.
All staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful.
This is a fantastic villa to stay, relax and to plan your Vietnamese stay.

Review: Big specious room, high Standard furniture, nice Swimmingpool and quiet and good location close to the old town

Positive points: Good location outside the old town - half way between the old town and beach.
We couldn't check in until after 2pm - they allowed us to leave our bags so we could explore. They even did our washing prior to check in. Great breakfast.

Review: Very friendly environment, lovely staff, very helpful. Big, clean rooms and nice breakfast.

Positive points: The hosts very so friendly and genuine people, who took amazing care of me and my friend. The hotel is located in a very nice quiet area, the hotel was beautiful. Rooms very huge, so much space and very clean. I will surely come back to stay there again.

Review: Just a short taxi ride to the old town, but it's the staff that makes this place so special.

Review: The room was large and comfortable. The doors had glass in them without any blinds so light came through at night. The pool was good enough for laps, and the poolside was great for lounging in the afternoon. The staff were attentive and friendly. Breakfast was a mix of local and western dishes, and sufficient to satisfy a traveler. It would have been better if the location was nearer to town, but then it would lose its peaceful charm.

Positive points: The staff were very nice, big apartment.

Review: The rooms are spacious and clean. The breakfast is satisfactory, good for fuelling up before going about your day. The pool is also nice, and there are adequate lounge chairs around the pool to spend lazy days. I would have preferred the location to be a bit nearer to Ancient town, as this is about 25 minutes to walk. The upside is that it is really peaceful and quiet.

Positive points: Comfy beds, quiet area. Linh and her beautiful family who look after you so well. Lots of local restaurants around. Pool is awesome.

Positive points: This is a really beautiful and special place perfectly centred and at the same time very quiet like a secret garden with remarkable spacious rooms. Also wonderful, sweet and committed by family driven staff. They really help you ik all kinds of ways.

Review: The behavious of hoster/staff is very bad, rude. The breakfast is so poor and not delicious.
