Review: Quiet location away from the main tourist areas. No spa or gym though as advertised. They share with another hotel.

Positive points: Zen Retreat is the perfect getaway for anyone seeking peace and tranquility. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm and attentive service that made us feel right at home. The atmosphere was incredibly peaceful, allowing us to fully unwind and relax. The surrounding nature was breathtaking, with lush landscapes that added to the serene experience. Our room was beautiful—comfortable, clean, and thoughtfully designed. The breakfast was also a highlight, offering a delicious selection that started each day off perfectly. Overall, everything about our stay was wonderful. Highly recommend Zen Retreat for those looking for a rejuvenating retreat!

You need to use their transportation or a Grab to go to the ancient town

Positive points: It was a beautiful retreat a bit away from the center between the rice paddies and coconut groves. Good food and nice setting. The hotel has a free shuttle service, plus it's quite cheap and fast with Grab.

Positive points: We loved everything: peaceful atmosphere, kind attentive service, beautiful nature, room, tasty breakfast! Perfect zen holiday!

Review: The location is in a rural area close to Hanoi. It's withing biking distance of Hanoi Old Town and the bach. Really good location to retreat and relax a bit from the busy life of Vietnam cities.

Positive points: So peaceful and wonderful stay. Staff was so helpful and accommodating. They even made us a sack breakfast for our 4am departure to the airport. We loved our time here.

Positive points: It is a lovely place situated outside town but very good connected and easy to reach the old town, hotel offers you 2 transport a day to shopping areas and 2 back to the hotel.
They are very quick to answer messages and solve whatever you need.
It was until today the best bed in Vietnam, and the people working at the hotel they are all amazing, specially Uyen and Thoi.

Positive points: Gorgeous hotel with great facilities.

Positive points: Great selection of local and western breakfast. I chose Asian breakfast on all days because it was simply delicious.

Positive points: Location is 15mins away from old town, but easily to get there with shuttle or grab. Lovely family style hotel, feel relaxing and like home. Staff are all very kind and helpful.
