Hoi An Ivy Hotel

Review: Thanks Lisa for the services offered and the cleanliness of the room. Everything went well and we arranged several activities within the hotel management (including the laundry). Highly recommended!

Positive points: Julie on reception is exceptionally kind and speaks excellent English. Rooms are clean, very comfortable beds and have mini fridge with mini bar, hot shower, AC and hairdryer. The location is overlooking the river where the nightlife is, but far enough away noise isn't really an issue. Literally 1-2 mins walk to the centre of the river area with restaurants and bars. Can't fault my stay there at all. Superb and great value for money

Review: Every night the nearby bars and karaoke places play loud music till atleast midnight. Would not recommend if you have kids sensitive to noise at bedtime. The location is perfect but the noise is terrible after a tiring day.

Positive points: Lisa was so friendly and welcoming, as were all of the staff. The hotel is in an amazing location right next to the old town. It was good value for money

Review: The location of the hotel is excellent. It is close to the ancient town and night market. The hotel staff are very helpful. Breakfast is ordinary. The only bad thing is the bed. It sink down in the middle like there is no support.

Positive points: Staff were amazing so helpful. They organised a busfor us to Nha Trang and recommended a tailor
and sightseeing. They knew who we were and were so Friendly. Bed comfy and room was comfortable and clean. Great location especially for uses we only stayed 1 night in Hoi An

Review: Stayed in room 405 the queen mattress slope into middle hence can sleep but uncomfortable. Nearby Night bar music can be heard- bearable. Front desk Julie is helpful. Don’t try the Suy spa on right of hotel when walking out of hotel main door, ex and not good, can get at v$200k for 60mins massage.

Review: Love the receptionist ladies they're so informative and friendly 👍🏻 bedroom can be more cleaner there still dust on the kettle, on top of the switch lights...
🏨 located near the old Town, they even let us use the bicycle 🚲 for free.

Positive points: Everything great except for common areas smelling like cigarettes

Positive points: Pros:
- Very very near the old town.
- Superb and comfortable room!
- Has a balcony!
- Internet is fast.
- Has basic amenities, including a smart TV.
- Breakfast is simple, but yummy!
- They go out of their way to help you the best they can, even if some non-frontdesk staff are not as fluent in English.
- Can help arrange car transfers or tours, if needed.
- Has an elevator.

Review: The hotel is right near the old town. Walking across the bridge, you reach the night market in the old town. The staff is enthusiastic and lovely. They assist with early check-in when there are small children in the family. The rooms are small, cute, and clean. A 3-star rating is fine. I will stay here again if I come to Hoi An next time.

Positive points: Location is just awesome, make sure you book riverside view room. Staff was very cheerful and caring. The lady at reception 'Julie' and the hotel chef were very polite and helpful.
