Hoi An Garden Palace and Spa - A Boutique Inspired by Nature

Review: Nice and clean hotel with very pleasant and helpful staffs.

Breakfast is reasonable with simple options. But this is enough for us.

Distance to old town is a little far to walk but Grab is easily available so not a major issue.

Can’t comment on the facilities as we do not use them.

Overall, we had a really great stay !

Positive points: Very friendly helpful staff. Did the cooking class which was great, cooked 3 vietnamese dishes & then ate for lunch well worth the money, so much food & delicious.

Review: I'm an Australian living in Vietnam. I have stayed at this hotel several times. For me, this hotel represents the best value in Hoi An (look out for Agoda specials). And the staff are wonderful - even booked our group tickets to Bana Hills. 👍

Positive points: How friendly and helpful the staff were. They went above and beyond to assist with anything we needed. They treated us like family.

Review: The hotel grounds are stunning- the pool area and the grounds look like a French chateau however this hotel is overpriced. There are better ones nearer to other attractions for the same price. The breakfast was very average, the pool was very very hot at all times as it is black- even night its as like a hot bath. The rooms are OK but a bit odd- the shower puts water everywhere. Loved the grounds was aesthetically beautiful however the reality of staying here was not so great- not for me.

Positive points: The facilities were fantastic and the location is great but more than this the staff were simply amazing. They all went above and beyond for our family. When you are there you feel like you are a world away from the business of Hoi An and Old Town it is a great escape and a great family experience. We were treated with drinks on arrival and every member of staff had a smile and made you feel so welcomed. We will definitely be going back there on our next Hoi A venture.
