Review: This homestay/BnB is a fantastic showcase of what hosting is about. Lee and his family are so welcoming and willing to help with everything. The home has such a great energy about it that it makes you happy to come back after some time out. They organised transfers from our hotel in Da Nang and back again, and the driver drove safely booking ending and amazing stay. It was my partner's birthday during our stay and they went out of their way to decorate the room to celebrate which helped to make it an unforgettable birthday in Hoi An. I wish them all the best fortune with their accommodation and recommend staying there to everyone.

Positive points: This was our second stay at Hotel Hoi An Town Center, and once again, it was a wonderful experience. The location is perfect—just a short 5-10 minute walk to the main tourist attractions, yet tucked away in a peaceful area. Mr. Lee and his family go above and beyond to make us feel at home, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Breakfast is freshly prepared, and they are always accommodating, making every effort to assist with anything we need. We’ll definitely be returning on our next trip to Hoi An!

Positive points: The staff couldn't do more to help us on our stay. They were wonderful. The location is great as it's a short walk to the river where the boats are at night and far enough away to avoid the riverside and roads noise. The place was clean, light and spacious. The balcony for our room was nice. The trips and onward transport are reliable, safe and nice.

One of the biggest advantages of this hotel is its amazing location, which made exploring the area incredibly convenient. Each morning, we were treated to a delicious breakfast prepared by the owner’s family, adding a personal and homely touch to our stay. The food was fresh, flavorful, and a perfect way to start our day.

Our family room was spacious, impeccably clean, and the beds were exceptionally comfortable. This combination ensured we had restful nights and plenty of room for everyone to relax.

The owner’s local knowledge was invaluable. He provided us with fantastic advice on things to do, from hidden gems to must-see attractions, enhancing our overall experience. His genuine care and attention to detail made a significant difference, and we appreciated every recommendation.

Review: Lee & his family/staff really made this stay memorable. This was almost like a homestay, which made me skeptical at first, but they were SO sweet & thoughtful.

Lee shared tips during check-in on where to go to experience the culture of hoi an, which basically planned our trip! You can also tell they genuinely care for each guest & even had little tokens of welcome & thanks. We saw other nicer hotels with mixed reviews but saw this one had consistent 10-star reviews & now I understand why. It is a humble stay but the price is tough to beat & Lee and his family go above & beyond to make sure you feel welcome & comfortable. Very grateful to have stayed here!

Positive points: Fantastic breakfast, caring, thoughtful management and staff, good location to walk to many places including old quarter and circus. They helped organise a half-day trip to My Son which was excellent and tickets to the amazing bamboo circus.

Positive points: Great homestay! Mr. Lee and his staff were so kind and helpful throughout our trip. Mr. Lee was available via What's App for anything we needed. Rooms were spacious and beds were huge! It was great to be on the same floor with our family. Location was excellent. Close to everything and away from the noise at night.

Positive points: We were surprised, we thought we had booked a hotel but this is like a homestay. The location was good and the hosts were extremely lovely. Unfortunately, I got sick so didn't get out much but the two night stay was lovely
