Positive points: The staff at this hotel are absolutely angelic, and they saw to our every need, helping us organize our wonderful stay in Hanoi. The breakfast every morning was fantastic along with the coffee as well.

Review: We stayed here for one night, value for money. But the cleanliness is questionable.

Positive points: Down a quiet alley in a coffee shop. Coffee shop was great, and they bring them to your room. Close to train street, we walked everywhere.

Review: I really enjoyed my stay here. Nice room on the 7th floor was clean, comfortable and pretty quiet. Hot water shower. Lots of food options on your doorstep, close to train station and beer st only 15 mins walk. Lovely family owners made me feel very welcome :)

Positive points: In general, the hotel is very good for this price, the location is perfect .Coffe and breakfast are very modern and have good quality .

Review: This hotel is in a superb location, opening out onto a pedestrian street with many restaurants and coffee shops (in fact the hotel itself has a cafe on the ground floor).

The hotel is family run and they are simply wonderful, charming, and friendly people. Nothing was too much trouble, they organised laundry, transport, and an excursion to Ha Long bay which was great. It felt like we had the hospitality of a homestay with the professionalism and efficiency of a hotel. Every day we had new towels and the room was made up, even if we woke late.

We found the rooms clean and comfortable, hot water and good WiFi, but some rooms are a little dated. If your needs are basic (and ours are) we found this is a perfect and very affordable place to stay.

The only hiccup was our aircon broke on one of the nights, but in the morning we were moved to another identical room no questions asked.

Don’t miss the coffee and cinnamon buns from the cafe, they’re some of the best we had in Hanoi.

We already plan to come back one day!

Review: This is located on a walking street in the middle of Hanoi old town, very near train street. Rooms are very big with a comfy bed. Despite being so central there is very minimal/no noise in the property. Great value for money and lovely staff.

Review: Value for money. Room is suprisingly big. Location is amazing for it is walking distance to most attractions in old quarter particularly train street. Food stalls just outside the hotel. Owner and staff are super nice too. Highly recommended for those under budget.
