good hotel, the bedroom is large and there is enough space for your stuff
Pretty good value for few nights.
Right in the middle of the Old Quarter but still quiet because the hotel is located in a small street

Review: 住宿环境很糟糕，墙面全部发霉起皮。房间没有认真打扫，冰箱里有别人留下的奶茶，抽屉里有别人留下的衣服。且房间位于一楼，前台的声音很影响睡眠。最后，酒店前台下午无人在，很怀疑放在前台的行李是否安全。
Positive points: Location is good, but the room is small. The staff is not polite and you need to ask for room to be cleaned….
Review: Perfect location if you're looking to walk around the famous eateries and spots in Hanoi. Staff were pleasant and friendly.
Positive points: was “upgraded” to their new Hanvet boutique hotel. spacious, friendly reception, good location, air con & WiFi is strong, relatively quiet
Negative points: the housekeeping is very bad, there was a bunch of hair on the side of the toilet bowl after housekeeping , didn’t clear hair from the drainage, didn’t change the floor mat despite it being dirty (and it was dirty because we used it to wipe their dirty floor upon checkin), the mattress is wobbly spring type

Upon arrival there was no one to check me in. Waited for about 10 min when someone came to attend to my checking.
The room was not as the pictures showed provably because the pix were dated. There was a sigh on the balcony door that said beware of thieves and lock door.
I couldn’t stay in this place one night so I left and host did not cancel non refundable booking.
I would not recommend.
Positive points: Nothing
Negative points: I was here about 1.5 years ago. Everything was perfect, that's why I stayed here again. But this time it was horrible. First of all - reception. Young man, who can't speak English and he is absolutely not helpful or friendly. Secondly - no water in a room...it's a room for 500.000. no water, even for money. Nothing. In the was there are stains because of water or smth else. Dust everywhere. In a shower you will never get warm water, I'm even not talking about hot water!!! Yellow stains on the bed linen. Washing facilities are as old as ancient items.Schampoo is in cracked small bottle, and 2/3 of shower gel. Web with dirt on the walls, very noisy AC. Ah....and check out. You need to wait 20 minutes when the man will come, because young man has no idea how to deal with money.

Review: We arrived at around 3pm but the receptionist is not there. A lady came in and asked us to wait. It took about an hour before the receptionist came. The room is big but not maintained. There’s a sign of leakage on walls, moldy bed sheets, ants in bed. The toiletries seems like it was not arranged properly, used combs was left there. I don’t know if the sheets were changed regularly because the scent was like it is not newly washed. Just okay for me.
