Review: A really chilled place to stay in Hoi An. Incredible food and amazing facilities. Yeah there are mozzies etc but that’s to be expected, just use spray and not an issue at all. An incredible place in the middle of nature!

Positive points: - the staff offer immediate help most of the time like fixing issues or arranging cars for you
- the pricing of food and car is reasonable, there is no crazy mark up
- the room is comfortable and clean
- the garden area is beautiful
- free bikes and they have baby/child seats
- the location is between old town and an bang beach, shuttles are provided, so you can avoid the hustle in old town, it is close to coconut basket village, but no other interest things around
- breakfast is simple but good enough, love their soup broth for pho/bun!
- beautiful pool with different level of depths

I feel well looked after by the team and each of them works very hard to make you a pleasant stay.

Review: The resort is amazing, we would definitely come back here again. The faculty here is clean, while surrounded by nature. The hotel room was spotless. The dining room and the swimming pool was great, they also had floaties for us to use. Another thing that we loved was the service. They were able to speak English with us, and we were welcomed greatly with cinnamon tea. The staff were really friendly, recommending us local restaurants, and have shuttle bus from the hotel to go to tourist sites without cost. The breakfast that they provided was also delicious, including some Vietnam food.

Positive points: The staff were perfect. Very helpful and great communication. Breakfast was ample but not lavish. Egg chef did a great job of Chilli omelets. 3 pools were clean and had a deep end in our favourite which was unique for our 4 week trip in Vietnam. Free bikes were in great working order. Pool table and pool table were fun for the family.

Review: Value for money, we love the retreat especially with pool right outside our door. The cleverly planned location of the rooms around the property make it feel like a private holiday. Accommodating and friendly staff. Thanks for arranging for shuttle to town for us when our family missed the shuttle timing. Breakfast is sufficient but variety can be improved.

Positive points: Staff were amazing and very helpful, service was fantastic. The rooms were beautiful and bathroom was excellent.

The transfers arranged by the hotel were comparative in price to grab so good value.

Review: Enso is a wonderful place. Gorgeous pool right outside of our room. Quiet grounds. Restaurant right on premises that allows for a quiet stay, and no reason to leave. Staff are kind and helpful. Rooms are pretty neat/different from the other places we stayed in Vietnam

Positive points: The highlight of the resort is very nice team of staffs who notice all the small details to help us have a comfortable stay. Everyone we met was so nice, caring and helpful. I have been to lots of hotel/resorts in my life including those of 5-6 stars and this is the best hospitality team so far. My little one had a minor accident and I couldnt thank the staff enough for the care and support they gave to our family.

Our room is clean with a large bathroom and comfortable beds. We love that they have water filter system in the room so that we can get free drinking water as we need and dont need to use plastic bottle.

We love the use of natural materials in its buildings and furnitures. The building and interior design is authentic Vietnamese style. We enjoyed the touch of nature and greenery in every corner of the resort.

Breakfast buffet is yummy. We also tried lunch and dinner at the resort and like the food.

Overall, we had a very comfortable stay. Highly recommended

Positive points: Our stay at ENSO Retreat was unforgettable! Above all, we were blown away by the incredibly caring, attentive, and big-hearted team who made every moment special. We stayed for six nights and didn’t want to leave our tranquil paradise! The bungalows were fabulous—beautifully designed, comfortable, and perfect for relaxation. We also loved being just a short 10-minute shuttle ride from Hoi An old town, which made exploring effortless. We can’t wait to return!

Review: Best stay for couple who wants peace
Very Relaxing & Calm place

Positive points: Great hotel in a beautiful garden at a quiet location. Spacious rooms with comfortable beds, tasty breakfast. We have enjoyed great massages as well in their la when it rained. the staff is amazing and they helped us arrange cooking class, lantern workshop, etc. You can rent their bikes for free and go around the charming rural areas in the vicinity, as well as use their regular shuttle bus back and forth to town.
