Emissary Central Hotel & Spa

Review: Location in the city was great. On arrival we were a bit surprised that we went down a small side street. One that vehicles can’t go down.
Breakfasts were okay…the omelettes were good.
The airport transfer was great. The manager was very helpful getting us on the right bus when we were leaving.

Positive points: A great 3* hotel in the central area. Easy walking to all the things we wanted to see and do. The staff are very helpful and when we mentioned the noise from another room was too loud they gave us a small discount (even though we hadn’t complained at the time). They booked a car to the airport for us that was cheaper than Grab.

Review: I will personally not recommend this hotel. But if you are looking in low price, then it can be good.

Positive points: Great location and quieter than other hotels as it’s off the main road. The staff couldn’t be nicer and more helpful. They arranged airport transfers and helped with advice on travel and good locations to visit. And the spa was excellent.

Review:

1. We were given a small room, even though we had booked a larger room of 25m².
2. The receptionist informed us that they have not listed their property on Agoda, yet the website displays the property with misleading photos. The room shown online does not exist.
3. We booked for 4 days but left after 2 days due to a horrible experience. We wanted to leave earlier, but the rude hotel staff didn’t allow us to check out after the first day.
4. The breakfast options were very limited.
5. The property is not located on the main road but is down a very narrow 200-meter pathway.
6. The shower only provided extremely hot water. The option for cold water was broken, and despite multiple repair attempts, the problem persisted.
7. This was one of the worst experiences in my entire travel history.
8. I strongly suggest Agoda remove this property from its listings, as it is not worth featuring.
9. Future guests may end up facing the same disappointing experience I had.

Positive points: Good location, the taxi(grab) are very cheap and you can get everywhere. The staff is amazing, so kind. Good breakfast, many options. I totally recommend

Review: Nothing as seen pic is available. The rooms seems to be large saying as 25sq.m. but it is less than 19..! No restaurant. Very limited breakfast. For this price you can find much better options around the place.

Review: The staff members were excellent, each and every one of them. However, the elevator was small and had an unpleasant odor, and I had to change rooms due to some mold on the ceiling. Overall, the one-night stay was satisfactory considering the price.

Positive points: Amazing staff! Wonderful facilities and everyone was very accommodating as we planned everything last minute. Highly recommend :)

Review: Hotel is located about 5-6 mins walk from the main street to center of Old Town.
Room decor is old and not maintained as both the bedsides tables drawers are not working.

Review: This boutique hotel is situated at the heart of old quarter. Very accessible to all shops,restaurants,spas,cafes and weekend night market. The staff are very friendly and they went beyond your expectations. Rooms are just about the right size and sparkling clean (they service your room daily). We enjiyed our stay here and will definitely recommend it to everyone who are looking for affordable accomodation.
