Dream Flower Homestay Hoi An

Positive points: The location is near to different activities and shopping areas.

Review: Avoid this homestay! As a seasoned traveler, I've encountered numerous homestays around the globe, but this one lacked these basic amenities:
* No towels (shower or facewash)
* No blankets for the single beds
* No soap or shower gel
* No drinking water (owner advised my friend it is unsuitable for drinking, and the owner sells bottled water at a markup)

Positive points: Perfect location close to center

Positive points: the pond is so cute and the owner is so nice. the bed was comfy and the shower had good pressure. great location, I would come again.

Review: This hotel is ok if you’re looking for an inexpensive stay. It’s clean enough, the room is a good size, but not really the most comfortable place to stay. For $12 a night maybe that’s ok, but if you need wifi to work or are looking for a nice getaway I’d spend a little more for a more comfortable hotel. Nevertheless, it’s close to old town and was good for a couple of nights

Positive points: Loved this place!! Extended a few nights. Good location in the center of hoi an, but also outside the hustle and bustle around the river. Close to cute cafés, good bahn mi places, tennis courts, the river, the market etc. very clean, spacious and comfortable room with nice balcony. The cutest front yard filled of flowers. The women who’s running the Homestay provided water, laundry service, beer, bicycles and bus tickets to our next destination. Had the best experience

Review: You’re on holiday, you wish for a restful sleep? - think twice! The whole place burst out unhygienic smell of wet clothes/ linen, plus it of under-treated drainage (urine). The linen is sticky, smelly and the water is dripping slower than espresso flow.

Positive points: The location is truly perfect. They also provide bike and motorbike rentals. You can have breakfast if needed. I had a gorgeous balcony, the place is really clean and in good condition.

Positive points: Great value for money! Good location walking distance to the old quarter with a nice bakery around the corner. Really friendly helpful staff and you can rent bikes and book buses with them. Nice room with good air conditioning and a big bed. Would recommend!

Review: In the bathroom I found a cockroach and the toilet seat was broken. They never came to empty the baskets or change the towels. The hoteliers seem almost annoyed by your presence, there is only one girl who smiles and is nice when she sees you. At the end of the stay they decided to round up the price in excess. They didn't ask me if I was OK, they only cared if I had used any extra paid services to add to the total. The price is low, but I highly recommend spending your stay somewhere else.

Positive points: The place is ok for a short stay of a few nights. The price is good and it has a very good central location. It was clean, the beds were a bit hard but that was not a problem for me. There is a TV, AC, and a fan in the room.

Review: The stay is good , but a little far from the Main Town...takes around 1.5 km to reach which was a bit of hassle for me...if u want a cozy place a little bit far from city...u can opt for this...else you will get many good homestays just outside the Hoi An ancient town too . Also they don't accept cards so be ready with the cash during the checkout .

Positive points: I really liked this place. The room was nice and had plenty of windows, as well as air conditioning. The owner was very accommodating as well, she did my laundry for a reasonable price and will also make breakfast for you if you want (for a small fee). She even lent me an umbrella on an unexpectedly rainy day (although I wouldn't suggest asking her to do so - this is just to demonstrate that she's very kind). There are some cafes and restaurants in the streets surrounding the hostel, as well as a park.
