Review: Nicely furnished modern apartment with small kitchen, lounge area, and separate bedroom. Large fridge freezer, and even a washing machine, great for long stay travellers. However, it is a noisy neighbourhood, with a major road nearby.
Positive points: I dont know why they did not accept my booking. Tried to call them many times but they did not answer my calls. Perhaps they should tell before that they are not availble for assistance during late
Negative points: Location is a bit hard to find too

Positive points: Nothing. I would not recommend this property to anyone.
Negative points: I did not like that once I paid for the accommodation, I was asked to cancel the booking on the reservation platform. I refused to do so because I would incur a fee. The staff person was very annoyed that I refused to cancel the booking after just having paid for it. I also did not like the location. It is not conveniently located to any sights in Hanoi. The bed was terrible. The pillows were also terrible. The towels were stained. The room was only cleaned once during my stay. The photos listed on the reservation platform were false and did not properly depict the room.
Review: I loved staying here. There was heat!! Which was great because it’s been a bit cold in Ha Noi. Also close to cafe and restaurants. However my one complaint is the rooster and dog that made noise at 3am every night. Not the problem of the hotel, but if you are a light sleeper - get some ear plugs.
Review: 1. Room is beautiful. But numerous items are removed and different from photo. Carpet, mirror, plant, all removed without explanation.n2. No cleaning at all for my 7 days there.n3. Washing machine faulty and staff told me that it's working. Until we tried another room's washing machine.n4. Soap is extremely low quality. I went to buy my own. Soap handle is broken and no one bothered to replace it. n5. Location abit far from town but the price seems reasonable for such a well designed place.n6. Photos show high floor to mislead you, and gives you lower levels. nnNonetheless, it's still a beautiful place, and if you're okay with these inconvenience, it's a nice stay.

Review: Clean, easy to find, 3-4 slots car parking
Positive points: PROS: The property manager was helpful in my getting settled in. I appreciated that greatly. The front desk staff was friendly. The apartment was very nice inside, comfortable and clean.
Negative points: CONS: I arrived late due to a delayed flight, unfortunately. To enter the apartment you need to call the number of the front desk staff, which I did but no one answered. So I had to sleep in the airport, which was not ideal. There was also a rooster in the alley behind the apartments, which is also next to a busy highway. So the early morning noise of rooster + honking was not my favorite. It IS a big city, so the honking is to be expected, though the rooster waking me up at 5am was not my favorite! Finally, it is far from the tourists things to do, so I took a Grab every day into the Old Quarter and other parts of Hanoi, which is very affordable BUT you cannot walk anywhere.
Positive points: Liked the space in the apartments, easy lift access. Staff very helpful. Clean and modern, just the job for getting sorted/organised before returning to the UK.
Negative points: Possible sound proofing improvements, busy road, next rooms tv, barking dog and cockerel. All difficult to improve I know.
Review: The room is super beautiful. The kitchen has very satisfying cooking utensils. It has all the amenities, even an iron for guests to use. However, I still hope the home has a full-length mirror in the room. Also, during my stay, there were a few days of road construction that was a bit noisy, so it was a little hard to sleep. But overall, it's a home that is definitely worth returning to. I will come back here next year, I really love it!
