10 Extraordinary refuge - Andrew 25-01-2026

Review: Hidden away and thus more than likely targeted for a hardier traveler, the exquisite tranquility and laid back nature of this place is unbeatable. For those looking to be transported to an otherworldly Mekong hideaway look no further

9 Lovely place surrounded by nature. A bit tricky to get around, and the menu is on the pricey side. Since the location is - Pedro 17-02-2026

Positive points: Location in nature

Negative points: Food is a bit overpriced

10 Quiet island with nothing but self reflection to do - Corinna 08-03-2025

Positive points: It’s a quiet and small Island with only boat transportation. This is a place to step away from the bustle and ground with your thoughts. The owners are lovely and gentle.

9 Nice Eco stay in the Mekong Delta Region - Ulrich 10-10-2024

Positive points: very friendly and helpful hosts. it was clean. the hosts were able to easily organize tours for us. they were flexible and answered the many questions we had. They always made sure we were safe and even waited late for us to arrive from our daily trips. the food they prepared was also good. we had a nice swim in the pool which was also clean. Overall, nice stay. we enjoyed and recommend it.

7.2 Stay at Con Phung - Letien 30-03-2025

Review: It’s remote and quiet but the ride back & forth to land is too far and more costly than expected… The hosts are super sweet and very accommodating!

5.2 Uncomfortable and remote - Sarah 06-02-2025

Review: The family that run the resort are lovely. However we booked for 5 nights, which was far too long, and left early as there are no comfortable chairs anywhere to relax and we both had bad backs at the end of our stay. The sofa in our room had seen better days and the metal bars of the frame cut into your backside and legs. There are no seats around the pool to dry off. The menu is very limited and not good for vegetarians and other than having breakfast and dinner, it wasn't possible to order drinks or snacks in-between. There are no options for any trips or excursions, so the photos on the Agoda website are misleading. The resort is very remote and difficult to get to and we had to walk 2 kilometres in the middle of the day to get to the port where the boat would collect us. Overall, I cannot recommend Cồn Phụng Resort.
