Review: We really enjoyed our stay here, it is very tranquil and a local area. We had fun on the boat tour and enjoyed trying the coconut wine :) Very friendly and welcoming people.
Positive points: This is one of the most wonderful places I've ever stayed! 😍 The staff is very friendly and attentive. Upon check-in, we were treated with sweet coconuts 🥥 grown in their garden. The grounds are very well-maintained, cozy, quiet, comfortable, and clean.👍 The bungalows are beautiful, comfortable, and clean. There are hot showers and clean towels. The backyard has access to the Mekong River. 🌅 In the morning, we were treated to breakfast: bread with scrambled eggs, coffee, and fruit.🍉🥭🌭 We really enjoyed it here. We will definitely return and recommend this wonderful place to everyone.♥️
Positive points: Cute and very affordable homestay, I love it
Review: Very good
Positive points: we loved the ideal setting. especially the gardens and abundance of fruit trees. beautiful spot down by the river to sit and watch the sunrise and the river traffic. hosts were beautiful genuine people and food was delicious. cannot say enough on how great and beautiful this place is.
Negative points: I always like to give honest opinion and the only down was the pillows... the bed was comfy but could not get a great sleep with the soft to no pillow.
Positive points: Breakfast ok. Location a bit far from town but eitj grab, its ok
Negative points: Have a kettle n tea n coffee in the room
Review: Nice peaceful place. Far from main town. But that’s what you want here. Relax and go for a river cruise. Owner Hue was great and food good and fair price. Can hire scooter or free bicycles
Positive points: We loved this homestay so much. We took the Thao Chau bus to Ben Tre, then the bus station drove us in a van to the homestay for 50k. Upon arrival the hosts greeted us with coconuts and we were able to order food for dinner later and chose a time we wanted to eat. Property is small but adorable with multiple places to sit outside your cabin, by the restaurant or by the water. They have scooters to rent or free bikes you can take and ride around. It is too far to go into Ben Tre but we rode around the streets and found a cute cafe by the river. We did the tour the next day which was 700k/person. We didn’t know what to expect but got to ride in the little wood canoe type boats, then went to coconut processing plant, then took a larger boat on the river to an island and got to make some food before going back. Whole tour was about 3hr. We had leftovers from our dinner the first night and the owner warmed everything up for us and gave us fruit too, so kind. They have free breakfast and coffee or tea as well. We stayed 2 nights which was perfect as there isn’t a ton to do around the area but a nice relax time. Family who runs it were definitely the highlight, so lovely!
Negative points: Beds were a little hard but overall the whole experience was perfect!
Review: This was one of favourite spots to sit and watch the traffic on the river. The bungalows are super clean with good a/c. We were only there one night and got there by motorcycle. We ate breakfast and dinner there, the food was good. Only issue for some maybe the music from a neighbouring house that started at 5:30. It did not bother us. We wish we could have stayed here longer.
Positive points: Friendly staff and lovely cabin nestled within the palm trees. We loved and enjoyed our stay!
Positive points: Quiet and peaceful, cute mini houses and great gardens, plus a nice view on the river. Family is nice and inviting. Communicating was a bit hard, I mostly spoke to Han, and he always made sure I was okay. Homestay was a bit a far away from markets or anything else, but you should know that it’s mostly countryside. The good thing is they offer to use the bicycles for free or you can rent the scooters for a fee as taxis or grab are pretty hard to catch one.
Positive points: We are a family of 4 and had the quadruple room, it may look Less cosy then the triangle houses but it was a very good room! Spacious, good airco, good bathroom and good hard beds. The property had Lots of beautiful places in the garden to sit and relax and read.
Negative points: The Boat trip was maybe a bit expensive for our family but it was a very Nice experience with a good guide, you can participate a lot. I would do it again!
Positive points: One of the best home stay in Vietnam. Highly recommended. It’s looks even more amazing in real life. Can feel the love they have for the garden and hosting. The cabin is super cute and comfortable. The sunset view is stunning. We did the boat tour and it was lovely, took free bikes and got invited to a birthday party. Highly recommend. Would love to come again.
Review: This was a peaceful place for me to retreat after busy time in cities. Great service - every one here was very nice and friendly. 2 days was not enough for me. I will come back another time.
Positive points: The homestay is close enough to Ben Tre, whilst being in a nice and tranquil spot further down the river. The rooms are nice and comfy with everything you'll need, as you stay close to nature. A great place to relax.
Negative points: Nothing.
