Classyc Hotel Hang Thung

Review: Staff is so friendly i could ask for more. The breakfast is so good - they got coffee machine and traditional coffee, different kind of bread, different kind of fresh fruits, salads, egg station, pho station etc etc, doorman is there 24/7. Staff greets you every time you go in and out of the hotel. Hotel room is super SUPER (i meant it) clean!!! And it’s not expensive. It’s convenient too. Located near Friday night market, and everywhere actually. I will definitely come back to this hotel if i visit hanoi the next time

Positive points: The service was exceptional. Sunny and Frank went out of their way to assist us. The breakfast was fantastic, the omelette/egg section was a welcome surprise.

Review: Clean room, spotless bathroom, bathrobe, slippers, etc. no noise, extremely professional staff. For breakfast I was prepared vegetable pho, which was made as an exception.

Welcome dessert, drink and nibbles. Location is very close to everything.

Review: This hotel is located centrally at the old French quarters in Hanoi, it’s a small boutique styled hotel but has all the amenities similar to a bigger hotel, I am impressed with the quality of food and service standards of the staff. Rooms are of good size and fully decked out toilet with vanity kits and toothbrush . Hotel is nearby eateries and everywhere seems accessible just by walking. I truly had an enjoyable stay with Classyc

The room was modern and tidy, and the facilities were all fantastic. The buffet breakfast had a great range of options and was something we looked forward to every morning. I highly recommend Classyc hotel for anyone wanting to stay in Old Quarter. We would definitely book it again next time we're in Hanoi!

Review: The hotel is pretty new and has modern amenities. The staff were helpful and friendly. We stayed overnight after coming back from Ha Long Bay before our flight the next day. It was a short walk to the lake and night market, with lots of restaurants and spas close by. The connected rooms were really convenient for us to stay as a family - the other hotel we had stayed at in Hanoi put our kids on a different floor. The only downsides were that there was limited bench / table space in the room, the security glass in the bathroom window / doors was a little inconvenient, we could hear the plumbing through the walls at night when neighbouring rooms were taking a shower, and the view was more over the city and no view of the lake. Overall a good option for a short stay even though the price was a little higher than other options.
