Review: I live the staff and place

Positive points: The location was perfect for a group of friends wanting to wander and explore the city. Mai and the staff were so friendly and helpful whenever we had questions or asked for recommendations for places to go. Even after we checked out, the next day, Mai was still able to help us organise transport to the airport. Really goes above and beyond to take care of you.

Review: Wash basins too high so that during washing, water tend to splash out

Review: Room is quite big to accommodate family of 5.. Location is in Old quarter nearby to shops n eatery. Staffs are friendly and very welcoming. Only setback, hotel abit run down tho but still acceptable.

Positive points: Staff were brilliant and bent over backwards to make sure our stay was perfect, especially Ms Mai and the guys on reception.
The location was ideal and we were able to explore Hanoi on foot.

Review: Amorita Boutique Hotel was a lovely experience. The staff greeted us very kindly and with a warm welcome. The room was a spacious, clean and simple room. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was comfortable too. Each day the staff greeted me upon leaving the foyer and would be very helpful and offer advice on things to do. The hotel was very close walking distance to Ngoc Son the temple of the swords on the lake.

Positive points: Location...near to a lot of food places, cafes and restaurants. Walkable to the lake and places of interest nearby. Friendly and helpful staff.

Review: Great area near everything

Positive points: Mai was very helpful during our stay! The room was nice and clean as well. We went to Ha Hiang for 4 days and she offered for us to leave our luggage and pick it up when we came back. Fantastic service!!

Review: The hotel personnel were very accommodating. They assisted us on our inquirires.
Ms Mai, the manager of the hotel and Mr Brian, the front desk staff were very friendly. They helped us in all our itinerary details and suggested some famous food and souvenir shops in the area. Also, the hotel's breakfast was amazing. The food taste good. We enjoyed our daily breakfast meal.
All in all rating is 11/10 👍. Excellent service👏. Looking forward to be back in Vietnam ❤️

Positive points: We enjoyed our stay in Hanoi with Amorita Hotel. The room was very clean and spacious. Breakfast was simple yet variety and yummy. The staffs were very friendly and lovely. It was located at the heart of the old quarter so can get to the restaurants and shops by walking distance. Highly recommended this hotel for those who are planning their visit to Hanoi.

Review: This is understandably a popular hotel so book early. The location great - minutes away from Hoàn Kiếm Lake and the famous water puppet theatre plus near shops and eating places. Is very stylish for a small, reasonably priced hotel and has very welcoming, friendly and helpful staff who really added to our enjoyment. The breakfast is good value too. Definitely recommend

Positive points: This is the second time I have stayed here and everything was great. Location and staff are amazing.

Review: It would be better to stay in deluxe suites

Positive points: Wow as in wow, the Family Suite with Balcony that we stayed in was very huge, its like two rooms packed in one, 1x single bed and 1x queen bed and 1x king bed, 1x sofa, 2x cabinets, 2x tv, has a mini fridge, lots of drawers, with daily supply of 5x bottled water, packs of coffee and tea, 2x aircon with heater, with elevator, a simple complimentary breakfast for all of us and we got this room with a discount due to early booking. The location was so near the Hoan Kiem Lake and Thang Long Water Puppet theater, lots of restos, coffee shops and souvenir stores in the area.

Our family really love this hotel, it's so comfortable and the the staffs were always smiling, greeting the guests and speaks english well. We will definitely consider again this hotel once we go back again in Hanoi. Thank you Hanoi Amorita for a relaxing stay in your hotel.
