4.0 The service & quality is extremely BAD!!! - Bim 23-10-2023

Review: First of all, I must mention the extremely POOR quality of the room & service at the hotel/homestay. I searched for a room with a requirement for parking for a car and found a hotel on Agoda that met this criterion on Pham Hong Thai street (Ba Dinh). I contacted the hotel's Facebook page with the name listed on the app and was refused because the only available rooms were at a higher price, but since I saw the app did not block, I still booked it. The hotel requested a separate bank transfer of 50k because the room I paid for was 518k, and the hotel would only receive 450k back. (I have paid the hotel extra). Upon arrival at the hotel, there were no staff, and the parking space on the ground floor of the building was only wide enough for one car, so I had to move other guests’ motorbikes to get in and out (I communicated with the hotel, but they claimed there was no staff at this time - 9 AM) and I had to wait. nAdditionally, the room was very dirty (hair, insects, fur on the bed, bedding felt like cloth, the bathroom had water that would not drain, etc.)n…. 7.0 Do not rent bikes from the sign in the hotel (rude staff) - Yassine 04-05-2024

Positive points: The room was nice and clean. The location was also good! (near the lake)

Negative points: There was a loud construction noise coming from the outside and lasted till 1 am. We couldnt sleep because of it. There is a picture I shared for the cause of the noise.nnFurthermore, The staff there were rude and impolite. They knocked on our door exactly at 11:55 as if we were going to rob the place. She knocked loudly and then forced herself in and rushed us out of the hotel for the checkout. Also do not rent motorbike from the sign in this hotel. The old lady who rents the bikes was extremely rude and she ripped us off. We asked for one day but she charged one day and a half and asked for 300 (150 per day) she also filled the gas tank and asked for another 100k when we filled the tank of the bike back to the full she refused to accept it. She was rude and shouted at us.

Negative points: The room is very old and dirty, everything is not cleaned properly, mold is everywhere. Please do not book this for your trip, it ruins a trip.nPhòng ốc rất tệ, cũ và bẩn, không được dọn dẹp sạch sau mỗi lượt khách. Nấm mốc xuất hiện mọi nơi, không dám ngồi hay sờ vào bất cứ đâu.

Negative points: Phòng như hình. Nhưng mọi thứ đã được phô tô shop đi. n1. Đồ đạc cũ. Ghế sô pha cảm giác bị mốc. n2. Cửa ra vào có mạng nhện,bẩn.n3. Có mùi ẩm mốc. n4. Nghe thấy rõ tiếng nước chảy ở tầng trên xuống. nNcl nhìn ảnh xong nhận phòng khá bất ngờ=))

Negative points: Chủ cho thuê tiết kiệm điện quá, không cho sử dụng điện khi ra khỏi phòng nên đồ ăn để trong tủ lạnh bị hỏng, kem để trong tủ lạnh cũng bị chảy hết. rnKhi mới đến thì phòng dọn cũng ko được sạch sẽ, có bụi bẩn. Và cũng ko dọn phòng hàng ngày cho khách, chỉ cho khăn tắm và đổ rác. Cảm giác thuê ở đây cũng ko đc thoải mái cho lắm.

7.0 Nhân viên nhiệt tình, tuy nhiên không thật sự hài lòng với phòng được cấp so với phòng đã book - Cham 27-08-2023

Positive points: Tivi netflix free

Negative points: Đường thoát nước của nhà tắm hoạt động rất chậm, nước rất dễ bị lênh láng nếu đi tắm. Ngoài ra mình cũng không được cấp phòng đúng như mình đặt.
